10/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

Decent stay overall with a prime location. It is a large property, so don’t expect a personal or particularly warm experience. Front desk service could also use improvement—after being locked out of my room, I had a very long wait just to get the door opened, and was informed a replacement key required a fee. While the policy and wait were understandable (though not ideal), the staff member (Jang) was noticeably cold and unwelcoming throughout.

"Rooms are extremely small. The bathroom had mold on the shower and it’s extra extra small. Convenient basic hotel. About 15 min walk to Shinjuku station. Got mixed information depending on who you asked on the shipping of our bags which might’ve caused us to miss the window of shipping. Always double ..."

"The room was dusty, especially under the bed. Very, very small space. The air-conditioning seems to turn off every few hours. There are no escalators from the station to the hotel so you have to go down a set of stairs and the elevators are overcrowded so you’ll have to wait for about 30 minutes ..."
