This beautiful private corner house has 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath is located few steps from the 5 acres of clean sandy shores of Lake Erie. Sunset Bay USA is the home of two waterfront attractions – The Sunset Bay Beach Club and Cabana Sam’s Bar & Grill.
Home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans), patio with table and grill, fire pit, parking, flat
screen TV and beach chairs.
