The staff are very nice. It has laundry and dryer. Breakfast is good traditional japanese food. It also has public onsen bath.

とてもアクティブな遊び場が多く楽しかった。 特に、朝リラとうりぼー探しは、体験しておいた方が良い。 少し曇り空だったのは、残念だが晴れた日にまた行きたい^_^

The bed sheets were stained and absolutely filthy and covered in hair. There is a ledge over the bath which means you can’t shower comfortably if you’re tall. The room smelled so badly of cigarettes - we wanted a non smoking room but they didn’t have any left, but the ashtray had only been emptied and not cleaned so the smell was awful. The room was also freezing with a badly placed heating unit which meant that you had to just put up with the cold or have the heater blowing directly on your face when you slept.

清潔感がない
清潔さに問題があるかと思います。 部屋のトイレットペーパーの上蓋は埃だらけ、床の隅も埃や汚れ。朝起きて気付きましたが、ベッドの布団側のシーツ内側に血液（もう時間が経って赤黒くなった色）。私は出血するような怪我も何もありませんでした。 大浴場はとても狭く、男女の時間は朝と夜、逆にするべきだと思います。洗い場も脱衣所も大混雑。待ちで浴室や脱衣所で立ってらっしゃる方が多く散見されました。 ホテルの1番端の部屋でしたが、その横が掃除などの道具置き場。ドアはなく全て見える状態。朝もエレベーター前は清掃中だったのか引き出しは何箇所も開けっぱなし。 とても印象が悪いです。

初のお伊勢さんの初詣でお世話になりました。 下調べが疎かだったのは承知ですがホテルからのアクセスの方法をお尋ねしたところ交通規制マップを見てバスの時間確認してと言われ乗り場も出発時間も記載されてないマップを案内されました。あれを見てわかる人はほぼいないと思います。 宿泊客の大半がホテル内の飲食施設が開業していない為コンビニで夕飯を購入する感じでした。 宿泊客側の身勝手な考えなのかもしれませんががっかりしました。

2グループで別の部屋に泊まった。3階と8階。客室のベットが階によって硬さが違い不快だった(3階は硬く、8階は普通)。どの部屋も同じ設備、ベットにして欲しい。大浴場のロッカーが狭い。もう少しゆとりが欲しい。

駅から若干遠いが伊勢河崎の街を見ながらのんびり歩くのもなかなかいいものでした。 内装はキレイで大浴場もいい感じです。
