"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! We were able to leave our bags on the day of checkout and explore the area before heading onto our next destination."

APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower

8/10 Good

"For frequent business trips, APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower offers an ideal balance of cost, speed, and comfort. It provides everything needed for a seamless corporate stay without unnecessary fluff. Key Highlights: Effortless Transit & Value: Fast express check-in and compact, functional rooms maximize productivity with high-speed Wi-Fi. Direct access to train lines and airport buses makes commuting painless. The Grand Spa: The expansive public bath (Daiyokujo) is the ultimate post-flight recovery spot to unwind and reset after long meetings. Scenic Running Routes: Step straight outside onto flat coastal paths stretching through Minato Mirai and Yamashita Park—perfect for invigorating morning or evening runs by the harbour. Only thing I would like them to bring back is Apple AirPlay to mirror/extend my laptop display. They seem to have changed it."

New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium

10/10 Excellent

"Due to unexpected flight delays, I ended up needing an early morning check-in on arrival, and I honestly cannot say enough about how accommodating the hotel staff were. They went above and beyond to look after my well-being throughout the delays and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. Beyond the service, the hotel was fantastic — my room had a beautiful view of Minato Mirai, and the location was spectacular. It's right next to a train station with walkable paths branching out in every direction, which made getting around effortless. If anyone finds themselves traveling to Yokohama, I would highly recommend this hotel."
