The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,806 reviews)
Great stay but I have some complaints. staff was very nice.Check-in was absolute chaos and no one knew where to go. We had a premium room but checkin instructions did not tell us such, and we stood in the wrong line for 40 mins. We were supposed to check-in on the 32nd flood since we had a club room. Our room was very nice overall. View was amazing. However, the room was very dusty and there were dead bugs all over the windows and in the lights. The floor in the bathroom was heavily damaged. There was mold in the shower grout and some of the miniblinds were damaged. not really the experience I expected for $800 per night.

"The staff was very courtious, but the room was sooo small. Of course ihis coming from a couple of Americans, but the room had bunk beds and we could barely fit in the bathroom. It was pretty comical trying to take a bath. It was a good location for Isesaki and walking distance to restaurants and ..."
