The room and the public bath were very clean
It was within walking distance from the Ishigaki ferry boarding area
Many buses stop at the hotel's front door, which is very convenient
I took a bus bound for the airport
Good hotel for Ishigaki. Ample parking (extra lot behind the hotel), a good amount of restaurants nearby, and very friendly service.
Would stay there again.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning. The breakfast buffet was also very crowded.
The dinner buffet was delicious but was rather expensive t $27.50 per person which did not include soft drinks.
The hotel is family friendly which is great but the pool and the onsen were over run with children. I don’t have anything against children but it was crowded and children outnumbered the adults. I was there in July.
After talking to other tourists I found that there are some hotels that have adult only pools which may have been nice just to allow space to sit and relax.
Very quiet environment without too many tourists around. Some restaurants nearby and the BBQ Ishigaki beef restaurant is around the corner. Overall it is relaxing.
The breakfast was great with lots of varieties! Property is clean! Quiet and safe area.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Sewer smell from the drains in the public baths. There were fragrance devices (with fans) in the public areas. These 2 things might be related. It was a stinky experience.
The perfume smell permeated into the rooms through central AC.
Water quality was nice. Linens were good.
But the place smelled bad!
Thank you for making my stay amazing! The Excursion office was helpful in booking my trip! A trip to remember! The staff were all helpful especially Mr. Ozume! He was very helpful! Please tell him I said thank you very much!
The staff was welcoming and very helpful and they all made efforts to speak English. It was my birthday while I was staying there and the General Manager, Mr Muramatsu, sent treats and a card to our room and the restaurant staff presented me with a special dessert! Special thanks to Mr Kuramoto, front desk!
Free parking-- helpful as this hotel is not as close to the main port shopping area as many other options and parking is rarely free or even available at many Ishigaki hotels, which we understand. The hotel was beautiful, with helpful English speaking staff who do their very best to communicate well and help in every way they can. The pool area is boisterous with many happy families, so we'd say this is a great option if you have children. The room was also incredibly clean, well appointed and surprisingly spacious with a lovely view of a garden with koi pond below. It's an excellent hotel and offers great value for money.
Breakfast included was ok.
Buffet dinner 5000 Yen is not worth it. Cold meat..
The pool has a good temperature, but sun-beds could be better.
Onsen was also ok. Some people had tattoos, ❤️ but I don't think it was allowed.
It's a bar with a view on good days. Drinks a little more pricey than other places.
If u choose no room cleaning you got a coupon for the cafe or shop.
When we complained about the massage and dryer they only said sorry which was a little weird, but ok..
Great place to stay in Ishigaki. The pool, spa, and shop were all quite convenient and the hotel is walking distance to the port, shops, and restaurants. My only complaint is that the hotel brings in very large tour groups and so it was always quite busy in common areas.
Excellent value for price
Hotel is conveniently located 15mn away from shopping streets and good restaurants.
24m2 Rooms are correct, clean, well organised, comfortable for few days but small if you want to stay more.
Onsen is nice, bbq restaurant excellent, shop is very practical
The pictures on Expedia must be outdated. The pool was the nicest amenity but it is not like pictured. Staff is friendly but not helpful. We left each conversation confused and frustrated.
They don’t use hot water in the rooms. The spa had one therapist running around back to back customers. They clearly had a 110 min foot bath on the menu. I asked three different people for this but I could not get it.. they only led me to a full body that I didn’t want. I would not stay at this hotel in the future.
Excelent hotel but a bit far from the port area, which makes it harder to go to other islands
It is a 18min walk to the port, and buses don’t run frequently to the port main area
