Nice basic minimal hotel with self-checkin (no front-desk just a kiosk with Japanese or English options). There was luckily one employee who infrequently passed by the lounge area where the kiosk is, which in our case was helpful as there was a delay checking in due to some kind of problem with the QR code scanner on the kiosk, so he helped enter some of the information manually.

Nice location to grocery stores and to airport

The bathroom was very small. I wish it’s bigger. The location is very convenient: grocery stores are close and the bass stop is right in front of the hotel.

Very convenient hotel

Convenient hotel, good location and with many equipments such as laundry machine, micro wave and freezer. We enjoy location in front of the bus stop and super market. The room have a little smell of tatami.

Overall good

Comfortable and clean. Unfortunately this time the supermarket opposite was closed but another supermarket still just walking distance from hotel. Will come back again. I love the washing machine in the room.

The convenience was good. The room was clean. The kitchen was hard to use. The washing machine was outside, but I wish it had been cleaned before entering the room. It looked like it hadn't been wiped for a while.

This was my second time staying here. The first time I stayed on the 4th floor and had no problems; it was comfortable. This time I stayed on the 1st floor, and there were insects and small cockroaches in the room, a foul odor in the bathroom, and the water smelled strange. The spare lock on the door was also broken. I will not be staying here a third time.

I have stayed at this property several times over the last 5 years, love the location and bus stops right in front. They have now changed to self check in and still easy to do. One thing that could be better are the beds and pillows, so hard. Maybe add a pillow top or foam and better pillow. This trip our room smelled like burnt broccoli every day, which was bad.

Almost not possible to communicate with the owner before arriving and very schocking to find out that no one is at the reception for 24/7. Early check/in costed 1000 yen per hour, which we were not informed in advance. But the room and the facility are excellent. Recommend to long staying travellers.

立地が良い、これに尽きる。道路向かいはスーパー「サンエー」、右斜め前には「マックスバリュ」、そして左斜め前には「エディオン」がっ ただしホテル正面の駐車場には気をつけろ、バス停前にあるので縦幅がなく、歩道の切り下げもほんの一部しかないから歩道通行で進入するしかないんだ。 室内もリノベされててキレイよ。

家族4人で3泊利用。良い点：立地(徒歩圏内にスーパーなどなんでもあり、困らない)余計な気を使わない(無人チェックイン、タオル交換、アメニティ自由など)冷蔵庫、シンク、レンジ、洗濯機付き(特に洗濯機は大活躍、室内用の物干しもあり)コスパの良さ(とにかく宿泊料がリーズナブル) 良くない点：駐車場が狭い(早いもの勝ちなので駐車確約できない、ホテル前駐車場は狭くて駐車が大変)浴室が狭すぎて体中をぶつける、ウォッシュレットのシャワーの位置が後ろ過ぎてケツ穴に当たらない、近くのビーチで遊んだ後に砂を落とす外付けの水道がない、部屋がややカビくさい(慣れる) 快適性はやや劣りますが、それでも圧倒的に立地とコスパが良いので、総じて満足です。

マンションタイプの宿泊施設で、キッチンや洗濯機もあり、非常に設備が充実していた。 今回は、2泊目からクラブメッド石垣島を利用する予定だったので、1泊しか利用しなかったが、長期滞在でも何の問題も無い宿泊施設だった。 また、目の前にサンエーと言うスーパーマーケットがあるので、非常に便利。 また、機会があれば利用したい
