"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...

"Staff were friendly. Building itself and decor are gorgeous. Rooms clean and well appointed. Concierge service in disarray. Asked for something special for my wife as it was her birthday. Concierge finally got back to me 3 days after my original outreach. Said they would put a small decoration and a piece of cake in the room prior to our arrival, which I thought was great. Nothing in the room upon arrival. I emailed the concierge team about my disappointment and got no response back from them at all. Checked out the next day and left and nobody from the hotel said a word about it. They were all friendly so I can only assume it was the managements attention to process detail and discipline lacking. Would have expected a little better from the Sheraton brand."

"We were welcomed with a piping hot cookie each from DoubleTree Hilton as soon as we checked in. Our kids signed up for a complimentary cookie making session and at the end of it get to bring home all the cookies they made. Staff is always courteous and polite, going out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. Top notch service by the hotel crew. Looking forward to return to DoubleTree!"

"Great and amazing experience. Value for money. 5 star experience and for the price, it was really a steal. Only complain is the distance away from amenities as it was quite secluded and you need a car to access this resort. It’s not easily accessible by other means of transport."
