"Nos pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y dos de baño para 4 días y 4 personas,nos faltaban sábanas para las dos camas abatibles,se iba la luz al poner el microondas,la cafetera tenía rota el asa...al coger el café caliente había que hacer malabares y en general le hace falta renovación de mobiliario,los digas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillo,por lo demás la estancia bien,camas cómodas y bien ubicado el lugar."

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. "El apartamento muy bien, limpio y muy nuevo. Te dejan justo justo papel higienico, no hay ni jabon para lavarse las manos. Las instalaciones del gimnasio se nota que lo ha montado alguien que no va al gimnasio, imposible hacer poco mas que cardio. Piscina pequeña y pocas tumbonas para lo grande que es el hotel. "Cottage in centre of the village with a view of the historic church. Isla is a lovely historic village with a couple of bar/restaurants that were really good. The cottage was OK for our stay and a good base to visit the Cantabrian coast and mountains. Good size clean and tidy with plenty of towels and good bedding etc.. "From start to finish customer service excellent. Room decor shower bathroom mini fridge slippers and robes complimentary water and cleaning every day if needed. Free extended checkout for one hour and 10 euro pr hr after that. Massive help. Close to restaurants bars shops ice cream parlours excellent bus service to take you to city centre and towns for €1.30 each way. Taxis and ranks on hand. €6 euro to puerto chico next town full of eateries bars and by harbour. Only downfall of hotel is no pool and not a great menu in restaurant and bit of an odour so never ate there. Has a gym and salons and specialised delicatessan next door. "
