Excellent professional standard of service from friendly staff. Attention to detail is superb - cleanliness and crisp linen napkins. Unfortunately we got the worst room in the hotel which had a smell of wet rot and a noisy chimney outside the bathroom window so we could not leave it open.

Excellent facilities, staff were very knowledgable and friendly. The level of cleanliness in this place is remarkable. You'll have no trouble finding your way around and parking is extremely convenient.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Cambados . Our room was very spacious and airy , loads of wardrobe space, big well equipped bathroom and very comfortable beds with high quality bed linen . Very nice courtyard area with fountain for drinks etc. Pool area very pleasant and quiet , unfortunately loungers were very old and shabby , some new seating seems to have been introduced so hopefully they will be replaced soon ! This is a traditional hotel with great character and we look forward to staying...

A limpeza do quarto não era adequada, com lixo em baixo da cama e tapete. O quarto de banho também estava pouco limpo.

Amazing hotel. Brand new. Excellent staff who could not have been more helpful. So delighted we stayed there on our Portuguese Camino. Breakfast plentiful and all totally fresh. Right in the centre of Caldas de Reis. Won’t disappoint!
