"There needs to be an emergency response service available, and it should be mantadory that clients receive a number they can call upon arrival. The island is desolate and if any emergency happened someone would need help."

"The staff went above and beyond to assist. They worked so hard. Safe for families and kids. Beach access right at hotel Food was great, enough to share. Erica went the extra mile. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. "

"Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The food is extremely overpriced, there are thousands of crabs that kept us up all night, the door doesn't actually fully close so many bugs come into the room at night, the air conditioning is at a fixed temperature and you can't change it (it was way too cold we had to wear sweatpants and a sweater), many water leaks in the room, and there was no one else in the resort. The only thing good was the staff was nice. I kindly asked them for a refund for our last two nights, and the people over WhatsApp started to become extremely rude with me. Wouldn't recommend staying here. "
