"We love Encantame. The issue we had was the electric vehicle charging station not being available when we initially checked in. We had to contact VRBO for a solution because we booked this property with the expectation of being able to charge our vehicle. There aren’t a lot of charging stations available in Rocky Point so it was very important to us. Other than that, the unit was amazing. Housekeeping was great. Also, towels are 5 to rent so I would bring your own towels and also floats for the pool."

"My family and I recently stayed at this property in June 2026. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and also Father’s Day. Suggestions for future guests. Bring food as the town is a bit far.The road coming in is not paved so be prepared for a bumpy ride. Our family member was able to drive through in a Honda Civic. One hiccup was the master bedroom’s door. It was closed and we thought it was locked from the inside so we contacted Beatriz concerned. She was very attentive and sent Security. The guard came and had to push hard on the door to open. After that no issues just an FYI in case you run into the door jamming up.Access to the resort is very convenient, nice pools and amenities. Be sure to speak to security to reserve a grill or use the one available at the house. Access to the beach was very simple, we loved our morning walks picking up seashells. We felt secure in the house and on the property. Many of the residents, guests, and staff were very nice. There are outside showers and hoses to rinse off sand before entering the pool area. We loved our stay and we look forward to booking in the future. Safe travels."

"This unit has an amazing ocean view from the 9th floor and a view of the swimming pools. The pools are illuminated at night, and it is just beautiful. The unit faces south, so you can see some of the sunset to the west from the balcony. There is plenty of space for two couples with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus a half bath. The kitchen is well-stocked with things for someone who likes to cook. There are plenty of seasonings. The unit is quite a distance from Puerto Penasco, and the closest restaurant is a 5-minute drive to the east at the Mayan Palace resort. The Mayan Palace prices are higher than the norm, so you may want to drive back to Puerto Penasco for meals if you do not plan on cooking. This unit is good for folks who just want to enjoy the beach, pools, and each other's company. There are not really any other activities available here, but that was great for us, as we wanted to avoid the chaos of spring break in Puerto Penasco. It was also 20-25 degrees cooler than Phoenix during our stay due to the ocean breezes. It is fairly breezy there, but that makes for good parasailing. We enjoyed watching the daily parasailers going past the balcony. The unit is managed by a property management company, and they were responsive to service needs."
