The bed was super cozy, the outdoor kitchen was awesome (make sure to bring all the food/beverages you need), the beach has the most beautiful clear water and loads of star fish and other fish and we were the ONLY people there and had the entire beach to ourselves, the locals were kind when passing and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating and had quick response to questions. "I have stayed here many times, and the relaxed vibe always brings me back. The grounds have one of the best sunset views. The staff is fun and attentive. We think the restaurant has some of the best food and drinks in Bocas. It easy to get a water taxi to Isla Colon or other islands. You can relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful garden, or read a book in your over the water cabina."

"We used Boca as a base to explore. The place is small but comfortable beds, full kitchen in our unit and a full shared kitchen across the hall. Air conditioning is quiet and powerful. Power outlets by every bed. Erica the manager is very friendly and helpful. The daily rate is unbeatable. A good supermarket around the corner. We stayed 4 nights. Consider take the bus and do the bat cave."

"Only stayed for one night (Thursday), but the hotel was perfect for us! The only thing to be mindful about is the constant requests for taxis or tours (or what our plans are for tomorrow) at the nearby businesses on the street. But there’s not much the hotel can do about that, and it may be helpful for some tourists. "

"The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. "
