"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern and stylish this hotel is. My room was located on the 101st floor with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully designed, very sleek, and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 99th floor are spectacular, offering a luxury experience with incredible views. Room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. They are kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A very special thank you to Huda and Charlieni who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. This is without a doubt one of the best luxury hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended! And can’t wait to return to it. "
