"From some of the reviews I was skeptical but the property is very quaint and nice. Very clean the employees were very sweet and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and modernized for an older hotel. The beds were clean and we were so tired from fishing we could have slept on a board. I did not wake up w my back hurting so it was a good mattress. The beach was well maintained. Now if you are expecting a beach to walk out on to the water, this is not this hotel for you, but other than that, it has a beautiful beach and balcony view. The property is clean. The only suggestion I would have is to have an extra mirror in the room so you can use other than the bathroom mirror. Either for makeup or to check your clothes. The little kitchen was perfect and the big fridge came in real handy. We had a wonderful short visit and would stay here again. "
