"We all had a wonderful stay!!! The home was clean, beautifully furnished and appointed with all sorts of amenities: coffee, tea, beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent and more. The fenced in yard was wonderful for privacy and the dogs. The owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again!!! Not only was the home super cute, it was close to everything: grocery store, pharmacy, downtown, beaches and restaurants. "

"The location of the property was excellent. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for the six of us wash up and get ready for dinner after a fun fill day at the walkable beach. Beach was great. Having a pool at the property was great for the 2 youngsters. We also made use of the wagon that was available to carry items to the beach., The property is nothing fancy but a great value for the money. "

"My room is always very clean at the Westin (which should be the standard everywhere but unfortunately isn't, so of course it's always a relief to walk into a clean hotel room). However, the first day I was there, the pool was pretty murky/dirty and I did not want to use it. I did bring this to their attention. The next morning it looked like it had been properly shocked and cleaned. The QR code to order room service online was glitchy, but I called the front desk and they were very accomodating and were able to take my order over the phone. Overall I always enjoy the Westin (this is my third or fourth stay) and look forward to staying again."

"The motel was very old and the furniture was outdated as well. The owners were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but the room was very small and not very clean. The bathroom was also extremely small. Overall, the hotel really needs renovation because everything feels old and worn out."

"Hotel was close to Siesta Key Beach [5 minute drive], Continental Breakfast was adequate. Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room had no drawers to place your clothes, bed pillows provided were extremely uncomfortable. Ice Machine on the 2nd floor was not working."

"Hello, we would like to make a complaint regarding our stay in rooms 116 and 113. We experienced several issues that we do not think are acceptable. - Incomplete towels provided - Shower door misaligned (does not close) - Soap and shampoo dispenser stuck - Both rooms had a wet towel hanged on the back of door - Dirty floor - The blanket and pillows for the sofa bed was missing for one of the rooms - One of the rooms was delivered an hour and a half late -None of these issues were resolved during our stay In addition, we went to the office to speak with the receptionist, but there was no one there to assist us. We would appreciate if these concerns could be addressed as soon as possible."
