  • The Hatchery House located in Last Chance, Island Park next to the Henry's Fork of the Snake River offers incredible views of the sunrise and sunsets and Sawtelle Mountain. Our cozy cabin is conveniently located off HWY 20 only minutes from the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park, Harriman State Park, and Henrys Lake State Park, right in the heart of fishing, cross country skiing and snowmobile country.

    The home has open floor plan great for entertainment and family gatherings. The covered deck extends off the kitchen for outdoor dining and relaxing views. All the essential amenities including Free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, BBQ grill and all the cooking equipment you need to prepare your family meals.

    The cabins 2 bedrooms offer top of the line king size beds. The rooms are equipped with smart T.V. for streaming your favorite entertainment services. There is an additional futon in the front sunroom which can easily transform into a cozy, private sleeping space for extra quests.

    The cabin provides visitors with exterior security cameras to ensure travelers property remains safe and secure while exploring the area. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Island Park or Yellowstone National Park.

Happy anniversary

We love island park and this cute cabin was what we needed to celebrate our 39 wedding anniversary and it was perfect! The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The rustic covered back porch was fun just to sit and talk and enjoy the surroundings. We’ll enjoy staying there again!!!

Henry’s Fork Fishing Trip

The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Three of my main criteria. We had some relaxing breakfasts and dinners at the cabin and caught some nice fish on the river. A great time overall.

Trip to Yellowstone

Perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting Yellowstone. It is about 35 minutes to the West Entrance. Plenty of room for us and our 4 kids. There were a few spots in the house that could have used some deeper cleaning but nothing too terrible. The kids enjoyed the back deck area and yard. Beds were comfortable.

House is cute and looks exactly like the pictures. A little farther from the park than we anticipated. We had no issues with check in or check out. We were not aware of all the things to do in Island Park, but would love to try some new activities if we make a return trip.

Rustic and Peaceful!!!!

Loved the views!! We spent a lot of time on the back porch, eating and playing games. The cabin had all the things we needed and had a lot of charm. It was mostly clean, but could benefit from a deeper cleaning. Priced right!! There was no DVD player and we couldn’t get onto some of our favorite streaming services, so we watched mostly Netflix!! But that was ok, because we wanted to be outside so much!!

Cozy Winter Getaway

This is our second time staying here, and I'm sure we'll be back again. Katie is wonderful to work with, quick replies to any questions and so helpful. We loved playing in the snowy forest behind the cabin, my son used the snow shoes provided and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped for a big dinner. We appreciated the crock pot, the coffee machine with a spot for our keurig cups (my kids lived on hot cocoa!), and the range of bowls and serving dishes. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows to go around. The cabin was very clean and well-maintained. We love this little cabin and can't wait to return.

Wanted to play cards and games and the lighting was poor in dining area. Needs serious cleaning/painting on dining area wall. Would love to have Clorox for freshening kitchen sponge. Appliances and cooking /eating utensils adequate. Kitchen towels and cloths would be helpful. Felt safe
