"The place was under construction as they were repairing rooms and repairing windows while we were there so there wasn't access to much. And there's not much for amenities there except the Continental breakfast and a pool. But the place was clean and fairly safe for the neighborhood"

"This hotel stay was 3/5 stars, as it was dated but clean. Hotel was full, parking difficult to find both nights. Room was clean, AC worked great. Room did have a questionable odor. Breakfast was adequate. Cold water and fruit avaiable at front desk. Bar attached to hotel was a plus for winding down and relaxing. Overall, a good stay for the price, nothing fancy."

"First, The staff is absolutely great! The lobby is beautiful and that is deceiving. The room was filthy. There were holes in the walls. The sheets had burn marks in them. We received a hand towel with oil stains on it. The curtains had stains on them and the floors were dirty with hair and dirt. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy. The parking lot was loaded with cigarette butts and trash. The grass was unkept with junk in the yard. In the bathroom was a pest control device that worked because there were dead bugs in the bathtub."

"I would have given a worse review but the price was low so that’s important to remember. The non-smoking room had been smoked in quite a lot, the previous occupant removed the smoke detector. The floor was not vacuumed and was almost grimy. The bed sheets were clean but both mattresses should have been replaced. Pretty uncomfortable. I ended up buying a can of Lysol and cleaned all the flat surfaces, toilet, bathroom floor, shower, etc. I pulled out the window heat/ac filters and cleaned them. Then disinfected to try to remove the smell. The staff were friendly but need to up the cleaning standards."
