"This is a pet-friendly facility that charges a $30 per night fee for the pet's stay. The rooms were clean and ready for habitation, plenty of towels, a good working refrigerator, bath mat and hand rail in the bathtub. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was informative and friendly. The drawback for us was that room service (daily trash emptying, restocking the coffee and providing fresh, clean towels) was done via text each day. You had to specify in the text whether you wanted basic service (towels and trash) or full service (beds made, trash empty, coffee restock, fresh clean towels etc.) Close to restaurants, a liquor store right across the street and Saturday there was a farmers market a block or so away. And about 6 blocks from the water."

"We had a wonderful two-night stay and would absolutely come back!The home was spotless, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen. It's located in a quiet town that's perfect if you're looking to relax while still being within easy driving distance of San Luis Obispo and several beautiful California coastal towns.One of the highlights was Tom's incredible hospitality. From the moment we booked until the day we left, he was responsive, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. We actually arrived in the area a day early, and Tom even reached out to a friend to see if they had a place available for us. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out.The furry welcome committee was another bonus! Jett the dog and Sylvester and Sally the cats were all so sweet and added so much charm to the stay.If you're visiting the area, be sure to shop local. We especially enjoyed Beerwood—it had great food, a fun atmosphere, and was one of our favorite stops.Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an exceptional host. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home base with easy access to the Central Coast and a host who truly goes above and beyond."

"Wonderful extended family vacation at Denise’s beautiful rental house! There was 11 of us. The house has many places to gather as a group but also to find a quiet moment! The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The bathrooms had amble towels plus personal travel sized toiletries. My group cooked most meals in the house. The kitchen is very large and easy to work in. We ate our meals at the outside table or and in the kitchen. . We loved the pool table. The location of the house is convenient to local trails and state parks. We bought our food at Raleigh’s and went to downtown MB several times. All in all it was a wonderful trip."
