  • This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car gargage home has been renovated through out the winter. All new carpet up and down, painted inside and out, new gas fireplace, porch has all new windows with tongue and groove cedar plus a new 10ft x 12 ft cedar deck off the upper porch, Mille Lacs 3bdrm home quiet bay w/lg level yard to dock. 4 season porch w/beautiful views & large deck for family gatherings. King size bed, Queen size Sleep Number bed, additional queen size and 2 comfortable futons for additional sleep space, Kayaks, New in 2026 a 52 foot outdoor Shuffle Board Game. Everybody has always loved this so we finaly got a new one installed. Cocktail style video game, Foosball Table, SLEEPS 10. Lots of movies & board games. 2 car detached garage for your boats, ATV's, Snowmobiles, car/truck. Close to Soo Line Trail for that ultimate 4 wheeling fun and more!!!

We felt welcomed immediately! The cabin was very inviting and the view of the lake amazing. There was 3 of us up in Isle for the RURAL music festival and this place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfy, kitchen stocked with all the dish necessities and communication with Tim was easy as he was reachable by text. We had an amazing stay!!

The host was incredibly generous with their property and toys for the water, kayaks, SUP, life jackets galor! Tons of fun to be had! Great location on the water with a dock to tie up our boat. Was a great time. Enjoyed the deck and being in the lake. Love all the space this place has. The only down fall is all the steps. We are a bunch of older gals, some with knee issues. Still enjoyed our stay. The game room was a nice remembrance.

We are so happy we chose to stay here! The house was very spacious and the property was beautiful with a nice big yard and wonderful views of the lake. We also enjoyed having Father Hennepin State Park right next door. They have a big sandy beach with sand volleyball and a breathtaking view of Lake Mille Lacs. Tim was a great host! He was always quick to reply and very helpful with any questions we had! The only reason I give it a 4 star is because of the smell of the tap water. It made taking a shower a little unenjoyable but it definitely wouldn't keep us from staying here again someday. Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful lake house with us!!!

Nice house on the lake

We stayed for five days this past week. The house is easy to find, and was very clean. Pretty much as described. We enjoyed the proximity to the two small towns nearby. I highly recommend the bowling alley and Pizza! The only issue we had, which was pretty significant for the ladies in the group, was that the water smelled so foul. I called the owner, who was always very responsive, and he explained that it is city water, and in years of a drought, this can happen. That’s too bad as it did make the experience so much less enjoyable, but other than that, we really enjoyed the trip and the lake area and the home. Hopefully the smelly water situation is just a rare occurrence and we had bad luck.
