Awesome Wild Dunes Home -Just Steps to the Beach - Free WiFi

Beautifully decorated home in the highly desired Pelican Bay community of Wild Dunes. Just across the street from the beach, with a relaxing community pool. Master bedroom has a King bed and full bath. The upstairs bedrooms share a full hall bath and one has a queen bed and the other two twins as well as a private balcony. Enjoy a relaxing view of the amazing sunsets as you overlook the large lagoon in the back of the house. You might even get a glimpse of 'Allie' the neighborhood alligator sunning herself on the edge of the lagoon. If you are an early riser you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise as you rock on the front porch.

Located just a 20 minute drive from historic Charleston, there are numerous sites to see and places to shop. Within 5 miles there are over 15 restaurants, 7 golf courses, 3 marinas and several parks. Enjoy golf, tennis, nature adventures, boating, water sports and deep sea or in shore fishing. You may prefer a relaxing day at the spa or just sunning on the beach. Wild Dunes has daily activities for both adults and children. Rent a bike or bring your own and enjoy miles of scenic trails.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION

Weekly rentals only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Cleaning fee for 3 nights or less. Monthly winter rental available.
Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfectants after each rental to protect our guests. Our pillows and mattresses have been treated with Microban antimicrobial.

Perfect house for a girls trip

This was the perfect house to get together with the girls! It was the perfect size and the location was wonderful. Such a close walk to the beach and a very reasonable drive to Charleston!

Perfect Girl’s Getaway

When 4 friends who have known each other for 40 years get together, you need just the right house. This place fit us perfectly! Coffee on the screened porch, a short walk to the beach and only 30 minutes to Charleston - all awesome. Having that 1/2 bath was a great bonus! We are already talking about coming back.

Wonderful Family Beach Stay

We were in town for my son’s wedding. The house was perfect for my family! It was just steps from the beach and so close to fabulous restaurants. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife in the bay from the back screened in deck. “Alley” the alligator was a frequent visitor in the backyard!!

We love IOP!

Conveniently located to everything in Wild Dunes. Short walk to the beach and short bike ride to boardwalk. Enjoyed the screened porch for morning breakfast.

Great Property & Excellent Location

This property was as advertised. The owner was very communicative and the house and location were perfect for our family of five. A quick and flat walk to the beach. We utilized the pool and the end of the street and enjoyed the pond behind the house; seeing alligators and turtles. Would stay here again!

End of Summer getaway

I’m not new to Charleston area beaches or even Wild Dunes but we found the location and accommodations to be perfect for our needs. It was a short walk to the beach access and the pool (for those super windy days). The house was very clean, plenty of linens (extra blankets and pillows) and we were able to check in early. Jim was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. )

Amazing Beach House

This property is even better in person! Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood & beach access is close by. The house itself is in great condition with a lot of amenities. Everything you could want or need is already there (washer/dryer/beach gear/etc.). The layout was perfect for 5 adults & we could have comfortably fit 1-2 more. The Property Manager made check in/check out smooth & easy. We will definitely be back!!

Just right for two, could easily accommodate four. Owner was very responsive. Clean and freshly painted. Close to beach access. Elderly might have difficulty with steps into the house, but accurately reflected in photo. Would recommend.
