    Inside, you'll find a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the essentials for easy meal prep. Dining is convenient with large table and seating for 6 overlooking the marsh. Extra seating at the bar with two large bar height stools.

    The living room and sunroom provide comfortable spaces to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy your family. Step outside to enjoy the expansive screened porch, or the spacious deck for breathtaking panoramic views.

    Located in the quiet Marsh Island neighborhood of Wild Dunes, this home offers a serene setting just moments from the Harbor Golf Course. It's a perfect balance of seclusion and access to the area's amenities.

    The layout is ideal for families or groups. The first floor features a guest bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a king bed, sitting area, and a well-appointed bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. An additional guest room offers a queen sized bed, perfect for couples or kids or extra guests.

    Please note that Wild Dunes Resort does not extend amenity access to homes rented outside of its program. However, guests can still enjoy miles of scenic bike paths, two championship golf courses, and a variety of shops and dining options within the community. Beach access is approximately a 15-minute walk away.
