Modern top-floor retreat in Isle of Palms, just a short walk to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. Features 3 bedrooms (king, queen, bunk + trundle), 2 baths, sleek kitchen, workspace w/computer, washer/dryer. Private backyard oasis with hot tub, sauna, ice plunge, fire pit, ping pong, and outdoor shower. Stylish, convenient, and perfect for relaxing or recharging.
The space
2 blocks from the beach only a 5 minute walk! 9 minute walk to the Isle of Palms Rec Center with lighted pickleball/tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball, playground, picnic shelter, walking trail, a soccer field and baseball/softball field & batting cages. 3 blocks to Grocery Store and restaurants.


When you walk into the home you are greeted with an open floor plan.

-Living room with Smart TV (personal subscription apps are required).

- Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & more! Dishes and cups are supplied.

- Dedicated work space with computer

- Washing machine and dryer available to use. (supply your own detergent)

- WIFI

- 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk with a pull-out bed)

The house offers two full bathrooms that are stocked with towels!

Please note that this is a duplex where other tenants reside in the downstairs unit and share the backyard with the upstairs guests. They also have access the shed in the backyard .Crossover noise between the units is to be expected.
