"2nd time we stayed here. Great house and location. The dock outside the door is a huge draw. Unfortunately, the tides weren't in our favor and could not get the boat in or out for the majority of the day (11a - 4p) for 5 days due to low tide. Boat sat in the mud at the dock for hours."

"My daughter and I had an excellent experience at this stay. The home is super functional and it’s evident much care has been put into making it so. No odd smells or strange surprises. The backyard was a beautiful shaded oasis where my little one explored new plants and played with rocks. The owner was not intrusive in the slightest, but kept good communication when I reached out and let me know when his son picked up the garbage and when the Gardner was coming so I would not be startled.
