"The facilities are beautiful and there’s plenty to do for everyone. Not everything is kept well and some areas had garbage and debris. We had to wait an extra hour for 2 of our 4 rooms to be ready. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The place has potential to be a perfect oasis in the heat of Zacapa. "
