"Very much enjoyed our stay, loved the coffee, water and juice on every floor, rooms are small and bathrooms smaller, free parking is about 100M away, busy coffee tabachi shop on main floor. This hotel divides a busy 6 lane road but noise in rooms is not a problem. Wonderful staff in hotel and service at bar!! "

"The room was great. Welcoming staff. There were 2 baskets of baked goods and a small fridge full of dairy products for breakfast. The room was clean in a great location "

"Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area. Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk. (I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.) The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10. L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc."

"The medici is a wonderful place to stay when in the area. I loved this little town and the residents there, so warm and friendly. If I return, I would love to stay here again, they place had everything you need. Its a rarity, but I actually watched a movie after a long day of sight seeing, which is something I never do. There are plenty to places to see, eat & explore. I want to move here!"

"This hotel is in the most scenic location we have stayed in, the staff are really friendly and accommodating the outdoor pool and jacuzzi was fabulous and the onsite restaurant provided some amazing meals. Really looking forward to returning for another visit"

"This property has everything you need , the staff are all kind and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and have all you require. We were sad to leave. The on site parking was safe and secure. A walk uphill and you are in the old town with a map and walking tour supplied by the Hotel. The breakfast was generous and tasty with helpful staff present. I thoroughly recommend the Hotel and would happily book it again. "

"Really lovely property and grounds. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.We visited Rome whilst there, which was only a couple of hours drive away. There are lots of lovely little towns near the villa, and a drive to the nearby mountains is definitely worth a trip. Take advantage of the comprehensive list of things to do, and where to eat, that is in the apartment… especially the where to eat! There are some great little restaurants locally.Thank you Giacinta for making our holiday so lovely. "
