There was availability in the hotel and the staff upgraded my room for free, which was incredibly nice. The property was nestled in a quiet area with several other hotel properties. Restaurants and shops were just down the street. Location was super convenient especially if your trip is short, you can hit all the tourist destinations quickly as everything is walkable from the hotel. Communication from staff was great and they were super helpful!

Location, Location, Location. Staff is excellent, helpful, cooperative, polite and with good communication. Walkable distance to Hagia Sophia and all other major attraction. Buffet breakfast was good.

This hotel is on quiet little street in walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. It’s not grand but clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff. Solcuk and Azat got us settled in with maps and a list of sites and nearby conveniences. We also got a quick lesson on Turkish pronunciations and a warning on common taxi scams.

We stayed at Zeyn in April on our way to Italy, and we were so impressed that we returned. The location is fantastic, being close to the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, and all the must-see attractions. Our experience was wonderful, and I am confident we will be back again.
