The fridge was making noise all the day, and at night you can’t sleep because the hotel is surrounded by night clubs and it’s too noisy and both the bed and the room are too small comparing to other deals with same package

Comfort in the heart of Istanbul
Excellent hotel with all the comfort you may need. Staff are kind and helpful. Located close to one of the busiest areas of Istanbul with lots of restaurants and shops.

I stayed there 10 years ago and was happy to stay there again. Great room, reasonable prices. Breakfast is somewhat limited and you can’t serve yourself but the coffee was very good.

Noisy room
Got Very noisy room just next to the elevator. The bed is Not comfortable , too low and too soft. Windows facing to the wall :( But room is nice and clean. Perfect Location.

This hotel is no where near 4 star the staff are horrible rooms are disgusting the breakfast was limited. The rooms are not even clean. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Every day am getting a problem with the receptionist staff he’s not professional enough and the hotel is not allowed any friends from out of the hotel to visit in the room or if I want to get a coffee at the top roof restaurant and i have to pay 100€ for any outside person coming to visit me And another staff take an advice from the bellboy when they talk by turkish because I can’t understand what they say he told him in a tobacco problem situation if I don’t want to pay just call the police and when I try to meet the manager they say he’s coming in Monday morning till I check out I haven’t met him

Worst experience at Turkey
Worst experience in Turkey, room waa small although i booked for 3 persons they told me that all the 3 persons must have 1 Bag. After 2 days they changed the room. Employees are rude No access for baby stroller and no one from the employees were helping Noisy at Night Heater in the room was not working

Great hotel
The hotel facilities are very new, modern appliances, the shower was amazing! Some small issues, such as: there is no AC (just central heating) and at night the room gets hot, also the fact that the breakfast is not a buffet, which is kinda unconfortable (but its ok considering most of the properties dont even offer breakfast). Location was incredible, very near taksim and istklal and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

I honestly would not stay at this hotel again. Not all of the staff were friendly, cleaners were lovely Marcun and aldeta., however the rooms were not cleaned to a proper standard. no hoovering or anything, air con did not work. You would be woken up by the sound loud voices of the cleaners having full blown conversations at 6am and all you can hear is doors slamming which sounds like fire exit doors when they are patrolling. No consideration that guests are sleeping. also do not stay here if you like peace and quiet as the noise outside will go on until 7 in the morning. the pictures on Expedia is not what you will see when you arrive quite deceiving. They did try to make it special for my birthday but a lot of major lets downs. The only good thing is that it is walking distance to everything literally 30 seconds.

Hotel is new and walking distance to Taksim Square. Amenities are good - first room was a bit small whilst the second one was much bigger. Front desk staff was not too helpful and friendly compared to the staff at restaurants. Had breakfast every morning and the staff there were very pleasant especially Oguzcan. Even though breakfast was free, they did not informed me that additional drinks (orange juices, cafe latte) were extra. Stayed in other properties in Turkiye before and all items in breakfast was included. Was taken aback by these additional charges.

The room was really nice and clean, with high ceilings and very nicely decorated. The spa facility was nice and common areas agreeable. The staff was helpful and welcoming The breakfast was good, with a number of options. One of the nights it was noisy with music coming from the street
