Convenient location, reasonable price

Close to Marmara mall in Beylikduzu, convenient location for mall and Havaist. Simple, clean place, nothing fancy, but reasonable. No breakfast place at all.

Happy but not so much

I was there for 1 week and no cleaning room, i ask to front office and they say no problem you get it every day but never clean my room. Staff don t speak english, just 1 man speak english but he stays there just at afternoon duty. Room was big enough. There are many restaurants and minimarket next to the hotel.

Bad service and smell of insecticide

This hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel used insecticides during our stay. Without that I was aware of this. It smelled in everywhere. After one day all our clothes started to smell of insecticide. a lot of noise at night. Will never be quiet. The staff are very arrogant and you have to ask them several times for help to get help. We ordered 2 bed rooms, but we got a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was without duvets and pillows etc. We had to nag several times for them to fix this. The cleaners in this hotel are very welcoming and kind. Other employees who work at the reception must learn from them.

Temizlik fena değildi fakat bunun dışında hiç birşey iyi değildi otelin çok kasetli bir ambiansı var odaların duvarları çok ince bütün sesler bizim odamizdaydı uykusuz kaldık banyodaki fıskiye bozuktu bir daha tercih edeceğim bir işletme değil maalesef 😐

Giriş saatimizrlden geç gelmemize rağmen temizlik yapılıyor diye bizi kısa bir süre beklettiler Fakat odaya çıktığımızda oda temiz değildi. İçilmiş su şişesi bile komidin üzerinde duruyordu.

Otelin otoparkı yoktu. Saat 14:00’da giriş yapmamıza rağmen yarım saat bekletildik. Genel temizlik iyiydi. Jakuzi çalışmıyor küvet olarak güncelleyin bence.

Wir gehen nie wieder in dieses Hotel.Wir hatten ein schreckliches Raucherzimmer,wir sind Nichtraucher.Vorhänge sind Gelb,imens starker Raucher gestankt.Zimmer sehr unsauber. Kissen wurden nicht gewaschen, hatten noch nach Parfum von den Vorgänger gerochen.TV,nicht funktioniert. Dusche defekt.Wir fragten nach einem Nichtraucher Zimmer, sie hatten aber offenbar keines mehr.Dann kam einer vor Personal und öffnete die Fenster,das hätten wir auch selber machen können.Frühstück wurde nicht Angeboten,das gäbe es in diesem Hotel nicht.Alles in allem,eine zumuzung und grosse Entäuschung.

Room spaces are good, but service and hospitality is zero. I had three night stay with family. Nobody came in three days for cleaning. Nobody came to place water bottles on daily basis untill you request reception atleast 3 times. Nobody will help you to take laguage to room or from room to taxi. Not a single smile on face any of the staff. Invester made the hotel but they need to train their staff according to hospitality field.

Property smell of cigaret toilet is smiley you have to complain several time in order to change your room water is standing in the shower to much noise people’s are walking in the medal of tge night you can’t sleep at hole they charge you extra if you don’t relias they will get extra money from your card and they said there is breakfast in clouding but no breakfast and many many things .

Nice but paper-thin walls

Room was nice enough and staff were friendly and helpful. Towels in the room were ripped, the shower didn’t empty properly and the tap was loose on the sink, but facilities overall were fine. The big problem is how thin the walls are in this place, you can hear everything from outside and from other rooms. We heard housekeeping cleaning the room next to us at 5am, you can hear street dogs barking outside and the traffic going past is very loud. Would be fine if you bring some earplugs.

Diğer odalardan oldukça yüksek ses geliyordu. Pencere otelin girişine doğru bakıyordu. Camlar açıldıpında iöeriye sigara kokusu doluyordu. Yataklar ve yastıklar pek rahat değildi. Odada bulunan buz dolabı çok gürültülü çalışıyordu fişini çekmek zorunda kaldık. Gün içerisinde başka müşterilere de kiralandığı gerekçesiyle rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen (akşam 8de giriş yaptım.) odanın temizlenmesini bekledik.

The hotel location qwas good, near to metro station. The hotel stay was comfortable. The only problem was with the daily make up service. I had to tell them every day to clean up the room or make up the tea bar. I think there was only one lady who could speak english. Other staff was not conversant with english. Overall they cooperated with us and the lady faccilited us with late check out. Conclusively I would prefer to stay there again.
