We stayed at this hotel for a week as a group and had several rooms booked. The location was great and close to various restaurants and shopping centers. The best thing about the place was the staff. They were all quick to help with anything we needed or give advice on any questions (and there were many of those!). They were especially great with our son, particularly the lady at the kitchen bar, who was very kind to him.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Close to a lot of neighborhood restaurants and cafe wish character, and a large shopping mall. All at an affordable rate compared to the larger chain hotels nearby.

we were not happy with this hotel, and we checked out the next day even we had reservations for 6 or 7 nights. The images were misleading, the hotel was very old and dirty. I had reserved two rooms, both rooms had very dirty bathrooms and mold was all over the shower doors and on the floors of bathrooms, I have taken pictures to prove it. We could smell someone was smoking in the other rooms. The wall paper in one room was ripping apart. Electrical panel was making too much noise and so many other issues that we couldn't stay there any longer

Very centrally located hotel. Rooms of good quality and spacious. Staff extremely nice and friendly. Ate twice in hotel restaurant and very nice food with decent portions

Superb inexpensive hotel
As inexpensive hotels go, this was superb. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was good with shops all around and only about 7 minutes walk to the Metro and a large shopping mall. We ate at the hotel a couple of nights. The food was very good and plentiful and reasonably priced, as was the beer. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Istanbul again.

I recently stayed at the hotel and I have to say, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to solve an issue I had with my booking. I was really impressed with their professionalism and how smoothly they handled the situation. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a basic and reasonably-priced place to stay in the area. .

I’m very pleased to have selected this hotel to stay in during my transfer in Turkiye. They have friendly and very kind staff. The hotel is very clean and in a good commercial area of town. It’s central and close to all kinds of urban transportation as well as shopping malls, restaurants and various merchants. It’s next to a masjid also which was nice. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Overall this boutique hotel is a hidden gem and you could pass by it and miss it. I recommend this hotel to all people who seek to be close to the centre of the city but not too close to busy locations like Taksim Meydani or Sultanahmet Meydani.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed
First of all the location of the hotel is great - close to Shishli metro station, Cavahir shopping center etc. Rooms are nice and vide and cleaning were performed every day Turkish style breakfast was excellent.

The location is very good. Nearby many good places. You can walk to Taksim square from the hotel. The receptionists are very nice and friendly ppl. I definitely recommend this hotel. Will be always my first choice whenever I visit Istanbul

The best thing about this hotel is it's convenience to everything in Sisli area. I got a basement room and was unhappy to have no natural light. It felt a bit odd. It was huge though. And the guys at the desk were very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice touch. I'm not sure I'll be back though.

I loved my stay, the room was very clean, the food was amazing and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again next time. The hotel is conveniently close to the shops and restaurants. It is very cozy.

They placed me in the basement, then the attic. The TV was parallel to the bed so unable to watch anything. Had next door neighbors screaming and hotel staff would not act until told that I was going to call the police. In addition, no wake up call and the front desk person was upset because he felt that I should not say anything as I was there already. Total mess!

This is what we expected for the price. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and bedding good, but not excellent. More like 3 Star, not 4. The room was big but furniture dated. Water from shower didn't drain well, but pressure was good and water hot. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. Overall a good place to stay for a short visit if your main use will be sleeping and taking a shower. Would not recommend for stays of beyond 4-5 nights though. Good central location and walking distance to large shopping center.
