The entire first floor was a demolition zone when I arrived: dust and pieces of dry wall all over the floor. Reception was temporarily on the second. My first room’s heat was broken. They were very nice about quickly moving me to another room. Unfortunately the whole place smelled strongly of overly perfumed cleaning supplies masking smoke.

There was construction going on in our hotel for the comfort of you, our guests, and it is about to be completed these days. Best small business hotel in Cihangir
The service of all staff I encountered was personal, respectful and effective. Location is amazing. Just a few minutes from Taksim square, tucked away in a small and dead quiet cul-de-sac. Breakfast starts early -- 7 a.m. and is in the newly-refurbished 6th floor dining room with sweeping views of the Bosphorus.

This hotel was not what I expected after reading the descriptions on hotel.com. When I got the hotel key, it was three single beds instead of the three twin beds I had booked. When I inquired about this, the hotel management informed me that there were no twin beds available. A single bed in a very small room. I spent 15 nights there and had the same breakfast every day. It may use a little work. The restaurant on the 6th floor has a great view of the Bosphorus, but no one speaks English, and the only menu available online is in Turkish. Overall, the personnel is kind, although the breakfast selection should be updated, and the restaurant on the sixth level should be improved. Overall, friendly staff. When we arrived, the safe box was broken, there were issues with the vanity sink, and there was a general need to pay attention to maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Great view of bhosporus bridge
The staff and customer service was great. The rooms were smaller than I expected from the pictures. Connecting rooms were convenient and safe. Be aware it is in the back streets as you can imagine for that area. The view from the restaurant was amazing, I wish we had breakfast in the same restaurant, that would’ve been mesmerising.

Glad I stay at this Hotel.
I was very happy with the services given to me. If I was not sure how to work the control for the television, a young man came and explained and show me. Which other hotels this was not done. Everything was very clean. The only thing was on selection on breakfast, not much to select. Over all I enjoy the location of the Hotel and my treatment.
