Family room with 4 people and with at least 2 devices each person would require more than 2 power points in the room. None available near the beds, only 2 by the vanity table. No facial tissue box supplied in the room, no kettle&tea/coffee facility offered and WiFi kept dropping out and one needed to use their passport # each time this occurred! A real nuisance. I’d say the hotel was too basic for us but we made do. More dated than we’d anticipated or from photos. The lobby and floor hallways could do with an update or lick of paint. Breakfast was also very basic, but at least scrambled eggs were good. No toasting facility available to toast bread. Maybe this isn’t a norm, but you are little hotel offering a continental type breakfast. Other than that, beds were comfortable, room n bathrooms were clean. Cleaners were friendly.

Good location. Clean room and friendly staff and
The hotel is well located and in walking distance from the blue mosque. We found the staff helpful. The room was clean and a good size. Definitely will stay again.

It was great stay in this hotel first time, staff very helpful and supportive. Nice clean apartment and breakfast good. Close to all historical attraction such as Blue mosque, Grand Bazar, Hagia Sofia. Overall I would suggest to stay in this hotel.

Big apartment for up to 8 pax but only 1 toilet and 1 room key, inconvenient for big groups of people. Water leak from shower area easily as the glass door is slanted and faulty. Breakfast spread was not too bad.

The view from the roof where breakfast is serving and open also for sunset is magnificent. The location is walking distance to the bazar, Hagia Sofia as well. Breakfast is good.

A little gem in the old city
This hotel has it all. Super breakfast, excellent views, close to sites and tram stops. Nice decor in hotel, rugs and Turkish pictures give it a lovely touch. Will definitely come here again. Four visits and the nicest Hotel yet.

The staff were lovely but the highlight was VEDAT, he was amazing and made our trip so easy with all the good advises he gave us and was discreet and polite. The hotel was clean and very well located. I highly recommend this place!

We go to Turkey quite often and this is the first time we have found a hotel like this. It Is only One positive thing - the location.The lady at the reception Is not kind and helpful at all.We paid for the breakfast as sono as we arrived and After that every morning the staff asked us if we paid! In the rooms there was nothing- not even a tea bag, gust a small bottle of water the first day only. Poor breakfast and always the same things.Not recommended!

The location is very central, all of the main attractions such a the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque etc are within walking distance. It can be quite noisy but settled down by about 1am. The best thing about this hotel though is the rooftop terrace which gives you incredible views over Istanbul. I booked a single room but upon check in I was given a double room which was lovely. The downside was the shower/bath which was interesting as you had to climb into it but it was actually quite steep.

The location was perfect as it was fairly centrally located to the various tourist sites in old town Istanbul. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. The noise from the traffic, but Istanbul is a large, bustling city, so this is not unusual or unexpected.

The location was great; convenient to attractions. The variety of breakfast also good and the rooftop was a nice touch. Unfortunately the lady staff with blonde hair who received me on day one was unpleasant to talk to; attitude issues maybe? I paid for breakfast in cash upon arrival, but was later accused of not having been paid. Not a big deal, just annoying.

Good location but needs better cleaning
Hotel has a great location walking distance to the blue mosque and hagia sofia. The rooms was okay since the bathroom was a dirty and the bed was very very uncomfortable

Close to all the sights. View of Blue Mosque from room. Almost 360 degree view from rooftop breakfast bar to ocean. 24hr service, very helpful. High bath to step into for shower only consideration.

Shower was full of mould, bathroom fan full of dust. Informed Reception, explained the health risks of so much mould, even gave them a tip of how to clean it properly with vinegar and/or baking soda, they acknowledged but nothing was done. Returned from sightseeing, informed reception again that it hadn't been cleaned, and i was still not comfortable with so much mould, showed them photographs of the mould, and that i was going out for dinner/drinks and would be returning late so they had a second opportunity to clean for me. Again nothing was done. Checked out the following morning, explained problem still not sorted and i felt i was not expecting the nicest hotel in istanbul for that price but at the very least the room should be clean and i felt i really did not get what i paid for and that much moukd was a serious health & safety issue, again nothing was done. Very poor hotel, would not recommend and certainly wont return on my next visit to Istanbul.

Fine room, and get the breakfast!
While our room was just okay, the hotel itself is nice with beautiful spaces to sit and talk. And the breakfast they served was extraordinary! They have a rooftop eating area and the spread they offer for breakfast is eye-popping and delicious. The people at the desk were very helpful.

Modest and convenient location of the hotel. The hotel staff are very hekpful. The location is at the right place with historical sites such as The Blue Mosque is just minutes away. Grand bazaar is 15 mins walking distace. Very pleased with the service.
