This hotel is located right on the Sea of Marmara and is in a beautiful location. However, the property is kind of old, and some damage has been done to the rooms (or at least the one we stayed in). The ceiling has water damage and it smells like tepid water in the bathroom. Also, it was a smoking room, so it smelled like many cigars were smoked. However, the staff was great, location was pretty, but there is nothing walkable around there.

Dugun de vardi ama olsun hafta.sonu ve severek pencereden dugunu de izledik.bazen anlayisli olmak gerekiyor. Bana kalirsa diger kotu yorumlara aldiris etmeyin.gayet guzel nezih bir mekan..

Otel çok iski, odalar kuçucuk. Kucuk buzdolabi bile yok. Gardirobin kapilari çalişmiyor. Tuvaletler kokuyor. Havuz cok kucuk. Otelin plaji de yok. Fakat çalişanlar hepsi yardimci oluyor lar. Hepsi guler yuzlu. Otelin genel olarak organisation cok kotu. Yemegin iceceklerin fiatlari çok faiş. Yani hiç kimseye bu oteli tavsiye etmem kessinikle. Hayal kirikliğı yani.

Temizlik

Merhaba 2 günlük bayram tatilinde biraz kafa dinlemek ve denize girmek gibi küçük beklentili bir tatil planı olarak konakladığımız selimpaşa konagında hizmet oldukça kötüydü. Otele ilk girişimizde resepsiyonda bulunan hanımefendinin (Özlem Hanım) bize ilgisiz tavırları ve rezervasyonumuzu bir türlü bulamaması ve biz sırada beklerken sürekli bizi bırakıp gitmesi birilerine bir şey danışmak için sanıyoruz çünkü döndüğünde bununla ilgili herhangi bir açıklama nezaketinde bulunmadı. Odaya girdiğimiz de odada korkunç bir sigara ile karışmış ter kokusu mevcuttu temizliği geçtik havalandırma bile yapmamışlar biz bunu dile getirince klimayı ve camları açtı kat temizlik görevlisi. Ayrıca odamız da havlu yoktu ertesi gün bunu başka bir resepsiyon görevlisine söylediğimiz de bu konu da bizden özür diledi ve havlu kalmadığı için resepsiyonda bulunan "temiz olduğunu ama sadece biraz buruşuk" olduğunu söylerek tek bir havlu verdi.. oda da konaklayan 2 kişiydik.. Sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe bunda bir sorun yok yalnız garsonların sürekli söylenmeleri ve hamile başka bir müşteri ile atışması oldukça ayıp ve nezaket dışıydı.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. We only stayed one night, but could appreciate the spacious and clean room, the helpfull staff and the well maintained facilities. The pool was clean and there was plenty of fun in that area. Simple breakfast and coffee.

Sayın arkadaşlar gideceğiniz yere dikkat edin!! Ben ailemle tatil hevesi içerisinde 6 GÜNLÜK RESESYON YAPTIM PEŞİN ÖDEDİM 4 GÜN SONRA OTELİ TERK ETTİM, sabah kahvaltısı berbat,odalar pislik içerisinde,tuvaletlerdeki koku ve uygunsuzluk on numara beş yıldız.Deniz bakan oda fiyatına karanlık bir odada kalık,Denize girmek mümkün değil sadece uzaktan bakabildik,havuza 10 kişi girdimi yer kalmıyor,orası aile için değil tatil için hiç değil sadece kaçamak için kullanılır.Yani arkadaşlar her yeri maalesef kalitesizlik götürüyor!!!!! Size iyi tatiller yanınıza maske almadan gitmeyin.Fitnis salonumuz var yazmışlar evet doğru var yolun karşısında belediyenin yaptığı Sport alletleri.Oda servisi yatağınızı değiştirmiyor sadece yorgan düzeltip gidiyor.Önceden Yaşlı bakım evi olan yeri,Şimdi Otel diye millete gayet güzel sunuyorlar. Yüzsüzlüğün bu kadarına pes .

Çok kötü bi konaklama geçirdik. Ne havuzda şezlong bulabildik nede zamanında odaya alına bildik. Duydukki havuzdakilerin çoğuda dışardan gelenlermiş zaten. Ayrıca odaya girdiğimizde de bizi çöp poşeti bekliyodu. Temizlik yüzünden beklettik demişlerdi bide. Artık temizliği siz düşünün.O yüzden giderken bunları göz onünde bulundurun.
