We stayed in the 6th floor apartment with the most incredible views! The transportation option to and from the airport was extremely convenient especially given our late check in. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to eat and Turkish baths and cafes. We could not recommend this place more and will definitely be back!

Great stay, but has room for improvement

Loved the room and location, the service was impeccable and i had the best receptionist, but the bathrooms need some renovating, my shower was not working properly and it looked kind of unfinished.

Excellent location and walking distance to many attractions and areas withVery nice reception staff. The rooms are very small with very thin walls. You can clearly hear people in the next room. So good location and staff but small rooms with not a lot of facilities. Basic stay at a good location.

There is no hotel sign indicating name of the hotel!! It seems is not even a hotel. It took taxi 15 minute just to find a location. We asked the cofffee shop to locate the so called hotel.There were no suite !! The room lights wires were all exposed! Molds around moldings, no clothing cabinet, our view was burned black wall. 6:00 am traffic and construction noise started!! So we left the so called hotel next day and went to another hotel. We lost our hotel booking for 3 days but it was worth it to leave. Just the reminder, this is not a hotel that you think it is. Ask the hotel owner to take pictures from inside rooms then you will believe us and will understand why we left and went to another hotel.

great!!

this isnt a super fancy hotel, obviously. it is cheap, but very good. when i and friend asked for help wirh certain things, the staff helped immediatly, and i really teccommend staying here!! the location is very good: ca 10 minutes to the coast and other way around to the galata tower. it is very central, but somewhat a sketchy area, especially at night. staff was super nice,

Beautiful room. Gorgeous view. Our piwer went out in the room but was fixed in 2 hrs while we wereout enjoying the town. Leaking water during the rain coming from the ceilingbut we just put a towel down. Id still definitely recommend

Der Zustand der Unterkunft war leider enttäuschend. Das Sofa hatte ein großes, apfelgroßes Brandloch.Ein Fenster in der Küche hatte einen Riss, und es wurde offensichtlich schon länger nichts mehr investiert oder repariert am Inventar. Ein riesen Bild war heruntergefallen und lag unten bei uns am Bett als kopfstütze allgemein wirkte vieles ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Positiv möchte ich aber den Mitarbeiter Mohammed hervorheben er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich wirklich bemüht, zu helfen.

Le logement est très bien situé car près d'un quartier très vivant, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville et la tour Galata. Situé dans un petit immeuble de quartier, il y a un concierge en bas de l'immeuble qui vous accueille. L'appartement est agréable par rapport à la vue et coin séjour très sympa. Grande douche, mais petit évier. Salle de bain moderne mais l'État général commence à vieillir. Petite cuisine bien équipée, bouilloire, frigo, micro-ondes, plaques mais c'est dommage car il manque un peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles pour la cuisson. Giriş saatimizden önce otelde görevli kişi bize wp dan ulaştı, saat kaçta giriş yapacağımızı sorup o saatte yemekte olacağını, vermesi gereken bilgileri wp dan yazsa sorun olup olmayacağını sordu nezaketen sorun olmaz dedik fakat bilgi vermedi. Otele dair yazı, tabela asla yok sorarak bulduk. Gittiğimizde resepsiyonda kimse yoktu, beklemek zorunda kaldık. Oda asla fotoğraftaki gibi değil ki özellikle bunu sormama rağmen… Odamızda Tv de sinyal yoktu arayıp söyledik. Tabiri yapacak kişinin gönderdiği mesaj “ Kusura bakmayın yetişirsem geleceğim, bugün pazar erken eve gitmek istiyorum dedi.” Otel çıkışımızda resepsiyonda anahtarı teslim edeceğimiz kimse yoktu. 1 gün kaldık ama daha farklı yer tercih edebilirmişiz. Oda temizdi, market, yemek için yerler yakın, konumu güzeldi.

Alles super!

Meine Freundin und ich waren 5 Tage in diesem Hotel und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man ist schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Metrostation (Tophane) sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Dazu ist die Einkaufsstraße (İstiklal Caddesi) mit vielen Geschäften auch 10 Minuten Fußweg in der Nähe. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Danke für alles! 🙌

Güzel lokasyon ama...

Konumu harikaydı fakat kapıda ismi yazmadığı için aramadan konaklama mekanını bulmanız imkansız. Telefonla aradığımda yardımcı oldular. Oteldeki çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Yatak inanılmaz rahatsızdı, başlığı olmadığı için arada yastık duvarla yatak arasına düşebiliyor. Genel olarak temizdi. Galataport vb. yerlere ulaşımı dakikalar içerisinde (yürüyerek). Dizayn olarak modern bir yapılandırma kullanılmış. Duvarların yalıtımı pek iyi değildi. Rahat bir uyku için önermiyorum fakat bölgedeki ucuzluğundan dolayı tercih edilebilir. Yapı eski bir bina. Depremden dolayı korkunuz varsa tercih etmenizi önermem.

HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI

Konum dışında fiyat performans olarak çok aşağıda klima dogru duzgun calismiyor. Kaloriferler arada çalışıyor bu soğuk kış gününde. Oda resimlerden çok daha küçük. Havlular kokuyordu. Ses yalıtımı sıfır sürekli araç sesleri geliyor uykusu hafif olanlar sorun yaşaya bilir. Cift kişilik oda ama tek sandalye var. Bir çok tercihin olduğu bu konumda burayi bir daha tercih etmicem. Tavsiyede etmem asla.

Sehr einfach und mit Wasserschaden/Schimmel

Zunächst war die Unterkunft nicht so einfach zu finden. Nachdem man es dann gefunden hat ging die Abwicklung und Schlüsselübergabe relativ schnell. Im Zimmer angekommen wurden wir dann negativ überrascht. Die Möbel entsprechen den Bildern, aber es war alles sehr klein uns einfach. Wir haben ein zusätzliches Beistellbett was jedoch die ganze Zeit wegrollte. An den Wänden gab es einen Wasserschaden der sich bereits zu Schimmel entwickelt hatte. Das Bad war Anordnung aber auch hier hat es getropft und die Dusche war nicht dicht. Die Fenster waren sehr dünn somit war es relativ laut. Wir waren zu dritt und würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Amazing stay

Amazing! The staff at intro suites are amazing specially the manger Ahmet. He kindly answered all my questions before I booked this place with my friends for 5 nights. Thank you so much for all the help Ahmet. We room is in a great condition and very modern. The view is wonderful. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect. I only suggest they add a breakfast option for the rooms. I will definitely book this place again and suggest it to everyone.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze hebben niet moeilijk gedaan ondanks we vroeg in- en uitgecheckt hebben. Verder is het zeer centraal gelegen en er rijden voortdurend taxi’s voor de accomodatie.
