Overall great value. Nice pleasant very charming hotel in a quiet area of Yenibosna far from the crowds and hectic pace of Istanbul. Very nice breakfast buffet included in the price with an array of dishes to choose from, including omelettes, boreks, jams, cheeses soups and delicious Turkish tea. Rooms also have tea and coffee in the room. Very clean rooms and piping hot showers and hair dryer in the bathroom. Beds are soft and very comfortable. There is a pool area (open in summer) adjacent to the breakfast room. My only complaint is that the hotel is hard to reach from the new Istanbul Airport- one needs a taxi and the drivers charge expensive rates and are not trustworthy. But I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

Below average. Majority of Taxi drivers did not know where the hotel was. It’s located in the middle of an industrial area. They have advertised a spa, sauna, steam room which none of it existed. Hardly any of the staff understood English and it was very difficult to communicate with them. Would not recommend nor stay there again. Also, there was a very bad smell and cats everywhere.

As this hotel is near the airport, it seemed like a good place to stay after our plane landed. It was not, as check in time for their hotel was at 2 pm and our plane landed at 9 am. They had no rooms available for us to check in early, and said we would have to wait till 2 pm to check us in. Which is outrageous, since this hotel is marketed as an airport hotel it should be more accommodating to peoples time schedules, as airports are constantly flying in/out of the city at all times of the day. We were already extremely tired and jetlagged and just wanted a place to sleep. We were annoyed by this but tried to make the best of it. They informed us of their shuttle service that goes to the centre of town and the airport, when we tried to get more information they informed us that this service is only for visitors who have checked in, but they wouldnt let us check in. This hotel is located 20 minutes away from any plaza, but no transportation to it. So my family and I had to wait 5 hours in their lobby waiting for a room to open up, we were constantly asking the reception if there was a room open and trying to find out more information, because the staff there is very inconsiderate and lack any compassion, so to get answers we had to come to them. At 2:30 we finally got a room key only to open the door to a room with 1 bed for the 4 of us, even though we asked for 2 beds. Then they said we would need to wait till 4 pm to get a clean room with 2 beds. Ridiculous.

Very bad service
We stayed in hotel for 3 nights .no English speaking staff very hard to explain. From day one no light in room entrance and bathroom only bedside and mirror light working I ask staff 4-5 times but no response even menu in room with reception no 0 but when you call there staff very rudely reply and said call room service When you coming back after day spent out tried to open your room then card not working and when you call on reception and tell them this is problem I have lots of shopping bags I’m waiting outside room card not working they reply come at reception sorry breakfast ok ok So if you want to stay in hotel with problem then book this hotel

Good for a short stay
We have stayed for about half the day while in transit in Istanbul airport. Hotel is located in about 10 min drive from the airport. It is clean and well maintained. The in-house restaurant has only a limited items on the menu. But the service was very slow even when there are only a handful of customers dining at that time. The staff trying to be friendly but due to the language issue we had problems in communicating.

I arrived late from a long flight and hoped to get to my reserved room ASAP to get some rest but it took them about 45min at the front desk to give me a room. They didn’t keep the standard room I reserved and had step higher room available and tried to charge me extra for room. So unprofessional. Nobody notified that hotel under Constraction.

Ideal for stop over
Nice hotel in an industrial area.Bonus transport to airport.It was well priced and ideal for short stopover.From the airport caught Metro to Yenibosna and it was a short taxi ride to hotel.Did not want to haggle with a taxi driver from the airport because they try to hold you to ransom, had bad experience before.The hotel room was small, clean and comfortable. There was a problem getting an internet connection in the room, I explained this to the staff on the front desk but it was never rectified. .

Good hotel, best value!
The hotel was a pleasant surprise to us. It was just what we wanted for a short stay and is very good value for money. The hotel and room were neat and tidy. WiFi was great. Staff were helpful. It is at a great location for quick airport access. The free airport shuttle service was a big bonus!

I was really pleased with everything. This hotel would have gotten all round five star if it wasnt for the language barrier. Made communicating with all staffs a real task.

Most comfortable bed I ever slept in
I stayed here twice -- on arriving to and leaving from Istanbul. The convenience of proximity to the airport was my reason for selecting the hotel. The price was right, the staff friendly and professional.

Decent hotel near the airport. No shuttle from IST
Once we arrived to the hotel, our experience was pleasant and we had an ok stay during our connection in Istanbul. However, the website says that there is a shuttle to the airport which according to the hotel staff only takes you from the hotel to the airport and never picks you up. We called a few times the hotel and nobody spoke a decent English on the hotel provided numbers, however once that we arrived there on a cap their english was decent. Our room was upgraded and we got a really basic/clean room so we cannot say what would had been the basic room that we paid for.

Reasonable hotel at good price
Seeking a hotel with a free airport transfer, this one seemed appropriate and price was reasonable. Beware however that unlike many other "airport" hotels (this does not necessarilly mean they are close to the airport incidentally) where they have a set schedule of pick up and delivery, with this one you have to ring to summon the mini-bus. Also this is NOT mentioned on their published "schedule" and the mini-bus is not immediately recognisable and the "instructions" to find it are silly. Notwithstanding the transport issues, the front office staff were very accommodating and the place is reasonably comfortable. Like many Turkish hotels the idea of milk in your tea seems incomprehensible to them and getting some here cost 5 TL for a cup! A little expensive I felt.

i will never ever book this hotel again.
1)I had to stay in the hotel to do my office work and the housekeeping team kept coming to clean the room. I let the team the in to my room. Later there was no internet in the room. This was not all there was no hot water for sometime in the shower. 2) I am back to England and found out that my small money bag where I kept 200 pounds is empty. 3) before making online booking I mentioned that I will check in 9p.m and had to leave at 5p.m on the day after to take the flight, and the hotel agreed on it. But I got a call in the afternoon saying I will have to check out and if I stay longer will have to pay 10 euro for every hour. I did not get enough time to check my belongings.
