Unfortunately for the price per night this hotel is not what would u like . Better stay somewhere else . Very dirty carpets. Even the lamp on thr nights stands i though its kinda disain but its was just dirty stains . Bathrooms are with mold . . At night there is some repairs going on . Its hard to sleep . Breakfast for one person 25$ not worth it at all . . Please choose other hotel . But the spa on the-1 floor is the best . Ive tried plenty locations this one won 🏆.

Service can be slow and sometimes and you may not get something you request right away so it required some planning ahead. It is a hotel with a long history and survived the test of time. It’s a great area, close to the popular tourist spots such as hagia sophia, the blue mosque, sistine chapel, grand bazaar - all within walking distance. I had a decent view of the sea. The personnel checked in with me from time to time to make sure i was comfortable and i didn’t need anything. Overall it was a good hotel. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. If the service was more consistently prompt, I would’ve rated it higher.

Hotel is well located. We walked to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. We also walked to Galata Tower and Istikal Street Public transport is close by Hotel is very near the spice bazaar. Lots of restaurants near the hotel Initially we were given a room with windows opening into the lobby area which was noisy but customer service was kind enough to move us to another room.

You can not get to this hotel with your car. Staff will lie to you and say otherwise. Don’t believe them, and they will not refund anything for cancelled reservation!

The best experience! It was my first time in Istanbul and all of the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and walking distance from so many sites and food/shopping areas. You can take the tram or a taxi easily if you don’t want to walk. Concierge managers Ercan and Nadem were so nice and accommodating. I needed to get a last minute taxi to the airport and the booked one immediately and gave me some amazing turkish tea in the meantime!

Terrible hotel !!! Room was extremely hot AC was not working because they have system that can supply either heat or air condition. when I complained about the hot they advised me to open the window. when I did that too much noise from out side I stayed five night but they did not change the bed sheet at all. they did not supply enough body wash. hotel stuff was greedy for tips and if I don't tip they even don't look at me. they just ignore

While the location of the property was good, their central air condition / heater was terrible. During winter, which was my stay, the central heating makes the room looks like an oven and when asked the management, they were either helpless or clueless of what to do. It is not worth paying a big sum for this room when your holiday convenience is going to be a disaster.

Overall the property is nice however it's very old style and room washroom was not very well maintained. There was a leak and as well the bath tub shower was not well fitted.

Bad experience in this hotel
It was a terrible stay I have ever experienced, the receiption guys were not friendly at all, the receiption guy told me to left my laundry bag in the room and they will take it for laundry and they did not take it for laundry, when I check out I found someone shouted at the receiption and hitting his hand hardly on the table of the receiption it seems that he experienced a terrible treatment from the people who work in the hotel. The bottom line is that it was a very bad experience and I will not book again in this hotel.

Over rated, over priced, customer service was almost non existent. We went into the bar area, it looked well appointed. On closer look, dirty use dishes on many tables, they had just opened. Not impressed

Great location for a visit to Istanbul, with many of the biggest tourist areas and attractions easily walkable, as well as close proximity to the docks for ferries for trips across/along the Bosphorus. Lovely big rooms, good facilities - recmmended.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was no seating in the lobby, so my companion had to stand while I checked in. The door lock on the first room was broken. The staff said they would send a technician, but I refused and asked for a different room. The second room's AC was not working properly. Again, the staff said they would send a technician. Several times, the room key did not work and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. To my surprise, they did not ask for my ID to reprogram the key. This means that anyone could have requested a new key and gained access to my room. I will never stay at this hotel again

Terrible Hotel and Staff! Stay away!
They gave out the room type (family suite) I booked and stated that that room had bad smell, roaches and smoke issues. Gave me two crappy rooms splitting my wife and 6 year old in one room and me in a different room for two days out of three days I was booked for. Front desk staff was terrible and call the manager when I checked in to speak with. They stated that he was off in vacation. Their final answer to me was that we don’t have your room so take the rooms they have or don’t stay with them. Their bell boy later told me that hotel was fully booked and front desk staff gave out my room to someone else on their front desk manager’s instructions.

Generally speaking, the staff lied throughout the time we were there. Upon arrival we were shown to a room which was so small it was almost claustrophobic. When we ask for an alternative room he said there weren't any, we then checked online and found that they had lots of availability. For which the receptionist didn't know how to respond to so he ended up changing our room. During the whole time he was mumbling to his self in annoyance which in my opinion was really unprofessional. Upon entering the room there was a strong smell of cigarettes and sewage smell in the bathroom from plugholes but we were so tired we just wanted to sleep so remained in this room - the smells were later resolved by the hotel The service in general was really poor and we would have to call on multiple occasions and repeat our requests to get for example an Iron. The toiletries were not replenished on a daily and we would have to call several times and wait up to an hour before we received it. The worst part of the stay was the check out. Which took over an hour becuase they had to go check the minibar. When they called us over they told us that we owe 200 turkish lira for the minibar (which we didn't even use). So I told them to make sure that they hadn't confused us with another room. They then came back saying actually we owed more (550 turkish Lira). We had to argue for about 10 minutes before 'they did us a favour' and cancelled the bill. Throughout our stay we saw people complaining
