The staff was very cordial and they went out of their way to help us. I booked a suite with a sofa bed and instead they gave us a suite with a sofa. I was told that since i booked a single perso'ns room that i could not get a sofa bed. I explained to the manager that i did call to make them aware of the change to 2 guests and i was not made aware that the rate would have been different long story short we were given a suite with a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa the mattress was a mess it was dirty and there was food behind and stucked in the mattress it was filthy not what i expected from a 5 star hotel horrible experience however housekeeping came right away and clened and vacuumed everything we went to bed at 3am after a 17 hor flight

Room was very small , AC was not working and once i opened the window i found a neighbor in the opposite building looking directly into my room ! no privacy and terrible view . No Restaurants or Supermarkets near hotel , also hotel is far away from everything Also on check in i was asked to depost CASH for security insurance incase i used Minibar or Room Service and that was ok , however on check out , i was told that i ordered lunches and dinner and room service ( which i never did ) and i had to open investigations with Security and Delay me for my flight till they resolved this matter ! ... Very bad experience and i will not go there again !

I chose it because it’s a Swiss brand, expecting Swiss quality. But unfortunately it’s a big let down. 1 location: its far away from major attractions. The biggest problem is it’s on a major artery with heavy traffic. Implication: taxi drivers refuse to go its direction or would charge you 3-3x the usual fare. Eg. From holiday inn Old city to this Mövenpick it costed 600 lira = 20$. To give you an idea; from the airport to old city a journey of 67 km my fare was 900 = 30 $. Forget about public transit because you can’t have any information about the time schedule or where it goes as a tourist. 2. One of the reasons I chose Swiss Brand is for cleanness. Alas, I found rampant mold in the shower room.( see photos) in both the rooms I stayed. The room was a small definitely not the size they claim to be 20 m: 14 m² tops.(see photos for yourself.) there was no gym, no swimming pool, the kind of perks that you ‘s expect from a five-star hotel. 3. The property is right on a major heavy traffic street so the noise is a major issue. If you’re on the lower floor you won’t be able to sleep well. Overall, it is an OK hotel but definitely not worth the number of the stars it claims. I have stayed in many more than peak hotels this one is definitely not among the better ones.

Hotel is located in 15 minute drive from Sultanahmet (sometimes 25m with crazy traffic) but it goes along Kennedy street, with a fantasic sea view alongside the road. The valet and parking itself are FREE and it is handled by professionals, leaving you with no hassle at all. Guest relations manager, Zeynep, the reception staff, they are always there in case you need anything, service at this hotel is awesome. Definitely recommend to try their breakfast with a nice variety of food and once again, great service as they never leave someone unattended. The breakfast restaurant has a terrace for smokers, good option. Rooms are pretty clean, comfy and twin rooms (which we stayed in) has a nice view. Would definitely come back again!

Our room was super old for a 5 star hotel. The AC was not working so it got super hot at night. The bathroom faucet seemed to be broken and it wouldn’t turn off after multiple tries. Also, the chairs in our room had stains on it. We stayed there for a night so we did not contact guest services however this is not expected of a 5 star hotel given the high rates. The shuttle service provided by the hotel to site seeing is great but the shuttle driver dropped us off about 30 minutes away from the actual site and we struggled to find the area we were going to bc we were dropped off at a random street due to traffic in the area. I don’t think if I will ever return to the specific hotel due to my experience. Also, the hotel is pretty far from touristic sites so if you plan on doing more of touristy things I would encourage you to look at other hotels near Hagia Sophia/ blue mosque area as those are much better.

Our shuttle service operates three times daily between Eminönü and Taksim and once daily to Vadistanbul and Vialand shopping centers, except on Sundays. Location is not great just a good view. Room was really small (Superior Room, King Bed, Sea View) there’s no space to even pray. Gym is tiny not all the machines work. Had a lot of trouble with the staff but a few of them were nice and helpful.

The hotel was ok, the whole experience could be better. Staff could me much better, during breakfast staff was taking plates from in front of us while we were still eating. I paid a premium to the hotel to order taxi service to the airport, 15:00, however the taxi arrived at 15:20. Spa area is small but cosy i loved it, the massage was amazing!

The staff at this property are so nice, polite, and helpful. The rooms are good and clean, the breakfast is very good and something I looked forward to every morning. Also, they have a free shuttle 6 days a week, very nice and convenient if you want to go to Taksim Square or Eminou. I guess my only complaint is the hotel is slightly isolated. There aren't really any nearby stores or restaurants to walk to if you need something quick and the bus stop isn't super close. Fortunately, Uber is very reasonable in Istanbul. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

First of all the hotel didn't met my expectations the pictures showing a view from rooms we were added to the room behind no view dark rooms nothing like I imagine, the only thing is good that the reception staff really helpful but the hotel doesn't deserve a five Stars the price high compared to others of the same level three stars
