Charming hotel
Very cute boutique hotel, got the loft and it was quite a delight- interesting decor- loved the Turkish breakfast “olives, cheeses, fresh fruits, eggs and more” my only comment is about “Cat” if you love cats, no issues, if you are allergic, there are two beautiful cats here, and plenty all over istanbul..

Owner was super friendly, loft bedroom was above a ladder on platform bed, breakfast was minimal, location was extremely hard to find. power went out , no backup generator..probably overpriced versus other hotels..with better amenities

Wonderful boutique hotel
I spent a lovely weekend at Peradays. A uniquely charming boutique hotel within a couple blocks of one of the main streets of Istanbul, full of restaurants, cafes and shops. The owner was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, as was his staff. This truly felt like a home away from home. I researched all the hotels in the area and would highly recommend Peradays for anyone wanting a very personal touch. The breakfast was delicious and each room has a special architectural style, full of unique furnishings. Absolutely wonderful!!

A very pleasant boutique-y place. Ideal location just a few blocks away from Istiklal and walkable to everywhere. The staff were superb, and homemade breakfasts are 10/10.

Peradays: the perfect place in Istanbul
Peradays is simply the perfect place to stay in Istanbul. The hosts were super, and their English was flawless. And breakfast went far beyond any expectations I might have had. Highly recommended!

Hotel management is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with staff and they made us felt at home with our curious kid. The reception, room interior and breakfast all were excellent.

Amazing place
This place is adorable. It is right in party central if that’s what you are looking for. We were not but we did get in at midnight and it was nice we could just walk to the corner to the Irish on and grab a bite to eat. The cats are so cute. And the breakfast is amazing !!! Definitely recommend this place.

Awesome decor. Staff communication was amazing. Sent a few emails with tips on where to go. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The room we had intended for had been upgraded due to low tourist season. Very central and 15 minute walk from Airport Shuttle Bus.

Our stay at Peradays was excellent, especially the friendly staff made it very satisfying. The accomadation has all the necessary comfort as expected.The location of the hotel is its highest benefit for some one wanting to get the best of Beyoglu disrict of Istanbul.

Don’t Miss This Charming Hotel!!
This independently owned and operated hotel is worth your time. My mom, who is normally in a committed relationship with Hilton, was originally put off by the boarded up buildings on each side. But don’t be deterred! There is a diamond in the rough with this hotel that even my five-star loving mother could appreciate. The decorations are super adorable, the location is central and yet the hotel itself is quite quiet and peaceful. The staff really care and are very helpful and kind. One of the cleaning ladies even washed our clothes without charging us per item. You just donate what you deem relevant. Between her, the front desk, and the indifferent one-eyed house cat named Lucy, we were in love. This hotel is a don’t miss!

Fantastic! Wonderful Hotel, staff and location.
It's a beautiful boutique hotel a short walk from all the night life and beauty of Istiklal st. It's renovated and decorated with such good taste, very cozy, modern yet very warm. Big clean beautiful rooms with wooden floors and brick wall. Their breakfast is delicious and the staff is just superb. The owners went out of their way to serve us so kindly and gracefully with a great sense of humor too! Will definitely go back there again!

Great spot!
We were welcomed like old friends to Peradays, with cups of tea, cake and a friendly cat. Murat and Murat were very helpful when we were planning our time in Istanbul, making great food recommendations and helping arrange taxis. The location is great, close to Istiklal and lots of great restaurants, but nice and quiet in the actual hotel. It's very easy to get around to other key sites in Istanbul, walking and using the tram. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel and rooms are kept very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Istanbul.

The strength of the Peradays is in its staff who will go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is quirky and unusual but very comfortable as well as central. The district can be a bit noisy so ear plugs are advised for people who are sensitive. I loved the Peradays.

Great hotel, terrific hosts and the best breakfast in Istanbul! The team of Murat Bora Murat is truly exceptional! Never have we been treated with so much hospitality and generously of human spirit.. Murat is a remarkable host. He treated us most gracefully and enriched our experience with his stories on the history of the city, and the traditions of its people. I can't rate Peradays and our hosts highly enough. The hotel is newly renovated, with modern amenities, spacious rooms and immaculately clean bathrooms. Great location, super friendly staff, terrific host! We shall certainly be returning again.

Great Little Hotel with Personality
Great place to stay. Prior to arrival great info on places to go and see , also contact for a great guide . Met with glass of red wine on arrival .Everyone was so friendly which rubbed off on all the guests , it felt like one big family. Staff couldn't do enough for you.

Spent two nights in Peradays recovering after a very hectic schedule involving the Gallipoli celebrations. The architecture of the hotel is interesting and quirky - a highlight, location is also superb with a short walk to a very bustling part of the city with many, many restaurants and shops. The rooms spacious and well appointed with great showers! The breakfast is very special - another highlight, but the most impressive thing was the people. We where so well looked after and they really went out of there way to ensure we where well looked after - especially with some unusual requests around medical treatment for my aging father - couldn't ask for more! Highly recommended. The hotel does not have a street frontage as such it is a short distance up a footpath from the main street so make sure you have the hotel phone number with you, so your cab driver can call the hotel ahead to get directions - this seemed pretty common in Istanbul anyway!

Fantastic B&B!!
The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic every morning! The best part about my stay though, were the hotel owners and other friendly helpers. Bora and Murat made me feel like I was at home with family. I sat and chatted with them at breakfast, when I came home for afternoon breaks, and prior to heading out in the evening. They were attentive to requests and not surprisingly, Murat was up at 3:30am to call me a cab and carry my luggage to the curb on my way to the airport. Would definitely stay there on my next visit to Istanbul!

True Turkish experience!
This is the very first time I felt compelled to leave a review for a hotel. I really wanted to find a place in Istanbul where I could truly experience the country and connect to its people. Amazing customer service
My husband and I spent 4 nights at Peradays this November and from booking to departure I could not fault anything. Before we had even arrived the owners of the hotel contacted me and asked if they should book any trips they suggested or restaurants etc. I had read a few reviews on Trip Advisor and one or two people had said the beds were hard. I asked our hosts about this and when I arrived they had provided a memory foam topper for our bed. Amazing! Imagine a huge hotel chain doing this? I don't think so. I also found the room we were in to be a bit on the noisy side. Now I do appreciate that i am in a city and not used to any noise at all back home but yet again this was not a problem. I was shown 2 other rooms at the back of the hotel and although the view was onto another building this did not matter as it was perfectly quiet. These were initially 2 minor problems because I can assure you the noise in the room on the front was not too bad, it is just that I hate any noise at all so am probably the guest from hell in a city. As you can see though the gentlemen put things right immediately and with no fuss at all. What more can I ask for? On the positive side, Murat, Murat and Bora who own the hotel are the best hosts I have ever encountered. On my husbands birthday they provided a small gift for him and when we left they also presented us with a gift to remember Istanbul. The rooms are wonderful, breakfasts to die for and great location. Just book it and enjoy.

What a wonderful, charming hotel in a great location, that's close to plenty of bars and restaurants. the rooms are very comfortable, with a quirky, contemporary feel. The owners are incredibly friendly, and really go out of their way to make you feel at home, My friends was staying at a different hotel and they invited her to breakfast, and even lent her a sheet when she complained about the bedding at her hotel. Always helpful if you need anything, or to offer some advice on places to visit.

Good B&B, booked and confirmed a particular room high and at the back but they gave it away. Rooms at front suffer from road noise. Enjoyed my stay but disappointed not to have the room agreed and confirmed.

Overall a great experience. The room was quite small but very clean and modern. The reception area was stylishly decorated and very cozy. Breakfast was included, and was quite good. The hotel staff were very friendly. Location was pretty good - in Beyoglu - about a 5 minute walk to the more busy/touristy area.

Everything at Peradays from the moment you step through the door is fab. The staff are so lovely, personable and willing to give a helping hand with anything. We stayed in room 4 which is big and comfortable...just perfect. The breakfast is the biggest and best I've had at a hotel. You really feel special with lovely little touches like a glass of wine when you get in from a busy day to a parting gift when we left. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights and then returned for a 4th night. Great home base to explore Istanbul. The staff there are so friendly and made us feel at home. They provided great ideas for things to see while we were there and great places to eat.

A very sweet b &b in Istanbul. More like bring in someone's home who is an incredible host - not like any other b & b I've ever been to. Long & delicious breakfasts, great neighborhood, lovely staff and the owners will do anything in their power to make your stay delightful!
