Nice design of the rooms, very close to galata and istiklal shopping area. You need a taxi to go blue mosque or Aya. Sophia (20-30 euro). Breakfast is minimal. There are plenty of places. You can have breakfast.

Our first time in Istanbul and to be honest I didn’t know what to expect. The friendliness professionnalisme and care of the staff was beautiful to see. I would like to thank each and everyone by name from the day we arrive until our departure. Mr Yusuf Mr Ali thank you for your kindness genuine personalities and recommandation. Also a big shout out to Emra the hotel manager for the tour recommandation and flexibility. Last but not lees Forgive me but I can’t remember his name he was usually the overnight front desk. Thank you for helping us when my daughter was sick, we needed to take her to the ER and he was there with us every step of the way making sure we’re taking care of. If you’re a father you’ll understand and appreciate the little gesture and genuine kindness from others intime of need. Overall our stay at RUZ hotel was nice and many thanks to its wonderful staff.Istanbul is a city of many faces and we will definitely be back to see more of it.

Excellent hotel with a cosy feeling
The rooms and lounge is so cosy! The hotel is in perfect condition and a great experience. The view from the terrace is excellent! We didn’t bother queuing to get up in Galata Tower because I think you are at about the same height at the terrace, just not full 360 degree view. Highly recommend!!

Modern room and hotel. The price was good considering other hotels nearby. A little on the small side but the location is great. One block away from the busy streets. A little hard to get to so the Taxis drop you off a block away. We also opted for a balcony room but the balcony was just a ledge overlooking other apartments windows.

Wow! I love this place so much! The hotel is so delightful with the perfect location - in the heart of Istanbul. The room is spacious and comfy with a modern interior and new furniture. So stylish! The staff were so friendly and always there to help with everything. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, and I will definitely come back. 😊

The Team of RUZ Hotel Istanbul is amazing! Such a good service for everything. High quality in Service and amazing rooms with wonderful interior. We enjoyed our stay so much. If we go to Istanbul again for sure we will stay in RUZ Hotel! Thanks a lot to the team for this amazing stay!

Nice and friendly... noisy.
Nice hotel. Newly renowated. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great and central location in a nice area. Nice roof-top-bar. But still some problems: Noisy alarm on aircon difficult to fix, so, 2 nights with 3-4 alarms/wakeup. Very noisy on friday and saturday, as hotels is in middle og area with many bars, cafes and restaurants. The car booked by hotel to pick us up in airport did not show up. 2 hours waiting and waiting (until we took a much cheaper local yellow taxi) We also went on a dinner-cruise organized by hotel - with pickup at hotel... but 1,5 hours of roundtrip in minibus to pick up other guest ... hmmm. Anyway, hotel is still recomendable Søren

Beyoglu ist meine Lieblingsstadt in Istanbul. Normalerweise besuche ich jedesmal ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe. Leider war dieses ausgebucht und ich bin auf Ruz Hotels gestoßen. Ich muss eins gestehen, jetzt bin ich froh darüber, denn Ruz ist aktuell mein Favorit. Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der berühmten Istiklal Straße. Die Gegend ist trotz angehäufter Tourismus sehr ruhig. Vom Hotel aus ist man in wenigen Sekunden an der Tünel Station, mit dem man in wenigen Minuten Karaköy (nahe Eminönü) erreichen kann. Taksim Metro Station kann man in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichen, oder man fährt mit dem historischen Tram mitten in der Istiklal Straße. Die Räume sind sehr luxuriös und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Man merkt, die Geschäftsführung legt sehr viel wert auf Details. Von der Leuchtschrift an der Wand mit einem tiefgründigen Spruch, bis hin auf das retro Radio im Zimmer. uvm. Das Restaurant und die Bar hatte zu meiner Zeit (März 2022) noch nicht geöffnet. War aber in der Endphase. Die Herzlichkeit und die gemütliche Atmosphäre des Hotels hat mich sogar dazu gebracht meinen Aufenthalt zu verlängern. Die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfebereitschafts des Hotelpersonals ist einfach erstklassig. Kein Wunsch ist ist unerfüllt geblieben. Mein größter Dank geht daher an das Personal dort, das spielt nämlich eine sehr große Rolle bei einem angenehmen Hotelaufenthalt. Wir sehen uns in kürzester Zeit wieder. <3 Liebe Grüße Esma

the hotel is in the middle of beyoglu, because of that it is accessible by walk only (there is a car park at like 300m from the hotel, where pera palace is), but the good part is that you are surrounded by bars and restaurants to hang out. the hotel is very clean and the staff very nice (they speak English no problem). at the very last floor they have an amazing terrace with a breathtaking view over Istanbul. totally recommended.
