The Staff are honest fast and kind. The hotel is well located and has everything around it. The room remained clean, food is delicious and the hotel salon and SPA are professionals! I highly recommend 🙏

I have stayed in this hotel For few times and door access card is horrible. Frequently it does not work and going up and down can be very annoying. In my 8 days stay, I had to go atleast 20 times at reception to fix my card. After a tiring day, not able to get into the rooms can be extreamly disappointing. Request to fix it. It happened to many guests as well. All other ok. Nice place. Good location. Staff are helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Sisli. Our room aas upgraded as I had VIP member status. They even accomadated a later checkout as our flight back home was in the evening. With a baby it just made things a lot easier!

Everything was excellent, Eray is the person who made the check in. Very professional, attentive, and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, rooms are big, and it is located in the center of the city. I would stay next time, and recommend anyone this hotel.

A fantastic hotel in a prime location with gorgeous and very friendly staff, Rooms are, clean, good size, fully equipped, nice view, with access to all amenities of hotel, like Hammam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 24 hours desk services. I do recommend this hotel as it has minutes walk distance to Metro, shopping mal, snd lots of restaurants.

Beggars around the hotel Limited lighting too dark in toilet and the room Bed matters is very bad too soft and gets on side easy No online information about the spa Bag rapping service is excellent I don’t get room upgrade But I have received late checkout for 2 hours since I’m platinum member No shower stand shower Only one bath robe was provided , with two slippers Booking was made for two adults I’ve received info about the executive lounge access They didn’t vacuum the room , since my daughter eat bread and there’s left overs on n the carpet

BEWARE: This is a SMOKING hotel.
Had a disappointing stay here. Despite booking and confirming a non-smoking room over email, we were given a smoking suite. In particular, the front desk staff was rude and inconsistent with their explanations. You'll have a hard time getting a hold of a manager, but if you do, they are slightly more helpful. But, why even go here? It's not worth the time and stress.

My worst hotel experience in Istanbul
Travelers beware: Our family was assigned a smoking suite despite our clear booking for a non-smoking room and email confirmation. The staff's inconsistency and rudeness added to the frustration. They initially claimed all suites were smoking, only to later say the opposite but blame guests for not following rules. Two hours were wasted trying to resolve this. Don't waste your time here... find a different hotel.

Excellent location. Moved rooms as extended our stay - new room executive 815 was noisy heard a lot of street noise all through the night and did not manage to get any sleep. Love the staff and the service.
