Booked this hotel at the last minute so wasn't quite sure what to expect. First of all a young man attended to us. He does not have the manners to be meeting and greeting clients. He showed us to our room in which we got no key. We then asked for one and it was given to only have the lock not working. They then fixed it and the key broke in the lock. We didnt get another after that. We were able to lock from the inside but not the outside. The room needs to be better maintained. Mattress was very dirty under the sheet that was put on the bed. We asked for more bed clothes and received a duvet with no cover. Sorry but i dont know who else has used that duvet. Handles all rusty going into the bathroom with no door on the closet. Bath tub needs to be fixed and the water is dirty. The room had a lot of bugs and it seemed that the rooms opposite us had no one staying in them and the doors were left open so maybe thats why bugs get in. The blinds on the doors are filthy. Wouldn't go back again. The whole place just lacks attention and care. It has such great potential but not being maintained is a big no for me.

Oda ve çevresi çok güzel.calisanlar çok ilgili,özellikle sahipleri çok iyi insanlar. Tek sorunumuz jakuzinin suyu yeterli sıcaklıkta değildi ve tuvalette ufak bı sıkıntı vardı. Kesinlikle tekrardan ziyaret etmek isteyeceğim bir yer ama öncesinde kesinlikle arayıp bu sorunları tekrardan yaşanmayacağımin garantisini almak zorundayım. Ama bu saydığım iki ufak sorunda olmadığı takdirde kesinlikle her fırsatta gitmek isteyeceğim bir yerdir

Şömineli ve jakuzili oda seçmiştik. şömine için odun yok dediler jakuzi için sıcak su yok dediler. Odanın kilidi yoktu güvenlik ben varım dedi. Kahvaltı dahildi ama keşke olmasaydı. Reçel çeşitleri ve omletten başka bir şey yoktu. Bir de bir avuç koydukları patates kızartması o kadar. Otopark var dedikleri taşlı boş bir alanı kastediyorlarmış. Bir daha gider miyim asla. Gidecek olanlar bunları göze alsın.

Eşimle birlikte 1 gece konakladık. Odanın ışıklandırması çok yetersiz, sarı ışık kullanmışlar. Penceresi yok, camlı alan sadece kapısı ve dışarıdan görünmemek için koyu renk perdeyi çekmek zorundasınız. İçerisi çok karanlık oluyor. Kapılarında düzgün bir kilit sistemi yok. İçerden kanca takıyorsunuz. Anahtar veya kart sistemi yok. Güvenli değil. Gece soğuk olduğu için klimasını açtık 5 saatte anca orta halli ısıttı. Haziranda böyleyse kışın asla tercih edilmez. Odada jakuzi vardı fakat hijyeni sıfırdı. Suyunu açtık, bildiğiniz göl suyunu filtresiz çekmişler. Yeşil gri renkli bir su vardı ve içinde tortular yüzüyordu. Ayağımızı bile sokmadık. Çarşaflar resmen ter kokuyordu. Yastık kılıfları kirliydi. Evden getirdiğim nevresimi geçirdik de kullandık. Gece ışıklandırması güzel sabah kahvaltısı orta halli eh. Bir daha tercih edeceğimizi hiç sanmıyorum.

Sadece çalışanlar sıcakkanlıydı. Hijyen 0 yerlerde yatakta banyoda başkalarının kılları vardı. Banyo idrar ve gider kokuyodu. Jakuzi suyu topraklı ve pisti mikrop kaptık. Çalışanlar sıcak kanlı ve güler yüzlüydü. Ortam yeşillik bakımından güzeldi. Sadece bu ikisi için gidilir. Mutfak kısmı ve hijyeni geliştirilmeli.

Ses yalıtımlı oda vaad ediliyor ancak uzaktan yakından alakası yok. Yoldan geçen araçlar ve çocuk seslerinden uyku uyuyamadık maalesef. Çalışanlar genel olarak güler yüzlüydü ancak 2 kişi bütün işlere koştuğu için yetersiz kalıyor. Görünüş olarak mekan şık tasarlanmış. Odaların birbirine çok yakın olması rahatsız ediyor. Son olarak kahvaltı ve yemek vasatın çok altında umarım kendilerini geliştirirler.

Oteli yorumlara ve fotoğraflara bakarak tercih ettim fakat hayal kırıklığı ile memnuniyet arasında kaldım. Konakladığım dönemde tadilat vardı ve ısınma ile sıcak su büyük bir sorundu. Yer ve oda temizliği de ne yazık ki yeterli değildi. Kahvaltı doyurucuydu ancak bariz şekilde önceki misafirlerden kalan ürünlerin servis edildiği hissediliyordu. Otelde çalışan Seyit Bey oldukça düzgün ve ilgiliydi, otelin sahibi o olsa eminim her şey çok daha iyi olurdu. Oda içinde de birçok eksik ve sorun vardı; tek kullanımlık terlik, el sabunu, tuvalet kağıdı gibi temel ihtiyaçlar tamamlanmamıştı. Ayrıca odadaki küçük masalar arızalıydı, abajur ise kırık ve döküktü. Şömine için sadece ilk gece ücretsiz odun veriliyor, sonraki geceler için ekstra ücret talep ediliyor, bu da konaklama deneyimini olumsuz etkileyen bir detay oldu. Genel olarak beklentimi karşılamadığı için tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim.
