We chose the deluxe and they gave us the twin instead. Basically a bait and switch. The room they gave us did not look like the photo advertised on the app. They assured us we got the better of the two, I requested to look at the room I originally booked but they never showed it to us. The app mentioned specific amenities avaliable, ex. Shampoo, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper but the room did not have it. We requested that they provide it to us, they twice assured us that they would give it to us and twice they did not. They only finally provided us with two tiny coin size soap medallions and one measly roll of TP. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. A little more attention to detail and follow through would have been appreciated. The location was perfect.
