Appartamento pagato ma non sfruttato

Siamo arrivati pensando di andare alla struttura che avevo prenotato e pagato e invece mi trovo due persone che mi aspettano e mi portano da un'altra parte mi fanno entrare in un appartamento fatiscente e quando io ho fatto notare che non era il quello che avevo prenotato a quel punto hanno detto gli faccio parlare con la manager, dopo mezz'ora di attesa è arrivata questa persona, non chi ci ha detto che l appartamento che avevo pagato e prenotato era inagibile e dei suoi amici ci ospitavano in una zona bruttissima. L'appartamento era sporcho una zona veramente brutta Mi dispiace non posso dare un'opinione su questo appartamento che ho pagato e non ho sfruttato

Excelente experiencia. Muy recomendable!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de los principales sitios de interés de la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y bien equipada. La zona es muy pintoresca, llena de bares y restaurantes típicos donde se puede comer y escuchar música del lugar. A pocas cuadras del metro, podíamos movernos en trasporte público y volver tarde sin inconvenientes. Abajo tienen un bar donde nos prepararon comida a la hora que llegamos. Estuvimos seis noches ahí y podríamos habernos quedado más tiempo porque hay mucho para conocer en Estambul!!!. Agradecemos especialmente a Recep a Carina y a Salim por su buena predisposición, cordialidad en todo momento. Muy serviciales, siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Volveremos a Estambul y al First Ottoman Appartment. Muchas gracias!

happy with the apartment.

Hi, I'm pleased that I choose this apartment in a good area every thing is close by even the metro the hotel staff were very nice and helpful the apartment very clean everything new décor was nice shower with very good hot water the only thing that I did not like is on Friday and Saturday night regarding the loud music outside I couldn't sleep till 3am unless if you don't mind it. otherwise fantastic I will recommend it to my friend.

AMAZING

The best accommodation I ever had. The place is amazing. Clean, neat, well located, well maintained and the staff are great. We (young family of 2 adults and 2 children) stayed in the First Ottoman Apartments from the 9th to the 16th of August 2015. We were first greeted by the owner (Rejeb) and the staff who carried our luggage to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The owner offered us welcome drinks and took the time to explain (using maps) the location of the historical sites and how to get there. The apartment was clean and in perfect condition from day one and throughout the entire stay. Room service cleans the place daily. The place is great as it includes a kitchenette (dishes, silverware and cookware are included) where you can prepare small meals. There are lots of grocery markets and restaurants in the area. There is also a beautiful coffee shop (the first Ottoman Café) at the entrance of the building. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Sultanahmet area, 10 minutes to the grand bazar and most of the shopping regions. The area is very live (especially at night). So, if you like to visit the old City of Istanbul and enjoy Turkish music, Nargeile (Shisha) and belly dancing at night, this is definitely the place to go. Note: some people complain about the loud music at night. Believe me, you will be so exhausted of walking during the day and/or having so much fun during the night to a degree that you will sleep like a baby. We are definitely coming back.

Traumatisant !!!

Ce fut ma première mauvaise expérience avec Hotel.com Malgré la confirmation de ma Reservation et le prélèvement effectué sur ma carte l'hôtel prétendait n'avoir pas reçu ma Reservation et affichait complet. Je passe sous silence l'attitude du gérant et l'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel. Pour me trouver un autre hôtel, il m'a fallu passé 55 minutes au téléphone avec Mme Anne des Service Relogement de Hotel.com qui a passé tout le temps à m'appeler avec mépris " Mister Customer " alors qu'elle avait accés à mon dossier. Je suis toujours en attente du remboursement du coupon de 150 euros que j'ai utilisé pour payer en partie ce séjour. Ce fut un cauchemar .
