The room was comfortable, clean and modern and perfect for an airport stay when you have a 4:30am flight. The check in time of 6:00pm was late, but given we were checking out by 2:00am they let us in at 4:00pm so we could get some sleep. Rooms are quite pricey - but there is t much else close by Istanbul airport

This is an excellent in-airport hotel, with both landside and air side. We have never stayed in the air side, but have stayed in the landside twice: the first time with a tour group we had the basic king bed room, and second time on our own after the tour we had the bigger basic king bed room. Rooms are very well engineered and both rooms worked well. The bigger one has a sitting area, which we liked. We would go with the bigger basic king if we stayed there again. Note that your overnight booking is from 6 p.m. check-in to 9 a.m. check-out. The hotel has an hourly rate for early check-ins, with a 4-hour minimum. As to dining, there are a lot of better options (in our opinion) in the terminal.

Convenient since it’s inside the airport, but if you have more time don’t stay there. It’s very expensive for nothing. One staff member was okay, the other was rude. It feels like a hotel in a box, no natural air, and the room is very small. For what we paid, it’s worth 30 euros max.

The hotel has a typical European modern vibe, with appropriate amenities. Even though I prepaid for a "Premium Plus King" room, it was only averaged size. In fact, it didn't even have a separate bathroom, just a curtain to pull around the sink area; however, that may be part of the "vibe." No actual windows to the outside, as the hotel exists in the form of connected "pods" inside the massive airport building itself. The problem is the outrageous rates charged. The room itself was $423 US, and at the hotel bar, a single draft Efes beer was over $19 US. The room price was up to 10x the rate of rooms at hotels around the airport, which run from $33 to $100, although they require a short shuttle ride. They are finishing a Hilton hotel in the parking lot, a true luxury hotel, and hopefully this will drive the rates down a bit. If I had to do it again, I'd save hundreds of dollars and stay at one of the nearby hotels, and give up 15 minutes' sleep to take the short shuttle ride. In the US, the rates charged would be labeled "exploitive monopoly pricing," a form of price gouging. I can't recommend this hotel.
