I wasn't sure I could believe all the reviews, but now I am a believer ;) Is the hotel new? No. Is the location good? Yes. Is it clean? Definitely. Are the staff friendly and helpful? Absolutely! I have never had such kind and attentive service at any hotel. The staff are all so nice, and friendly. If I return to Istanbul, I will stay here again. 5/5

Our stay at Zeyn Hotel was wonderful. The staff and manager are incredibly helpful. They greeted us with hot tea and gave us helpful sightseeing and shopping tips. The dining room staff are friendly and go out of their way for customers. The location was great and walkable to many attractions. Breakfast was excellent and fresh; there was a lot of variety. Rooms were clean and tidy. Sim card service was excellent and less costly than other shops. I would definitely stay here again, great hotel in Istanbul.

The staff and manager of the property were very warm and friendly. We could walk to most touristic places , so excellent location. Only thing was water logged in bathroom shower so anenities could be improved

Farid and Azat treated me exceptionally well, providing me private transportation (at a reasonable cost) from the airport to the hotel, despite my flight arriving very late at night. Farid also made some great suggestions of which nearby attractions to visit in my short stay.

Very good location which is close some famous sightseeing places. Also they provide a good breakfast for their guests. They treat their guests as their family. My husband and I really enjoyed to stay there. By the way, as I saw some guests were speaking Chinese. Therefore I would like to write some compliments for this hotel in Chinese too. 这酒店离著名景点很近，走不到十分钟，就到了地处很热闹的位置，交通也方便。这酒店里的服务人员很热情，服务也很周到，每天提供的早餐也挺丰富的。我和我先生都觉得住这酒店是个很不错的选择。 Thanks again for the hotel newly purchased power converter for us🙏.

The Zeyn Hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered in my travels! Do not hesitate to stay here. The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal to walk to ALL major sites in Old City, and it is close to public transportation. I suggest doing your shopping and eating at the many smaller shops near the hotel. If you visit Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, or Nakkaş Rugs, I suggest you look but DO NOT purchase anything. The prices are usually extremely inflated at these stores. The hotel staff can help with purchases. If you contact the hotel via email or WhatsApp, they can help you arrange one way or round trip transport from the airport. They will also help with laundry and spa services. The rooms are small, but not uncomfortable. They give you bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, bar soap, body wash, cotton swabs, and a shower cap in the room. I’m sure if there’s something else you need the staff will help. Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am. It was very good with a lot of variety. It is best to leave your window slightly cracked when not visiting in hot months, helps keep the room aired out as the property is not far from the water. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Istanbul.

The hotel was very new and clean. It was a little bit hilly around the hotel, but after a few hundred meters it was flat all the major tourist attractions and public transit. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was great 👍

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, namely Selchuk (manager), Azad, Farid and Sadar. The location was excellent but you have to walk steep slopes to get to the main street. The area has numerous cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Location of the main attractions are within walking distance - Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hargia Sophie. The tram station is also nearby allowing you to travel further e.g. to Taksim Square and the Bosphorus Straits. The trams are easy to use. The hotel is clean and the breakfast has a good variety of food items. My wife and I loved the hotel. I strongly recommend it, however, note the steep slopes to walk. There are many quaint alley ways to explore. Enjoy your stay.

I had an amazing experience. They always asked how it was going and if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They gave us tips/ tricks on things to do and on getting around the area which was super-helpful. They helped us get a taxi back to the airport. I never felt more at home and welcomed at a hotel. I truly felt the love when I walked in.

This is one of the best hotel experiences in over 30 years. The staff at this hotel is just amazing. They make you feel at home and their advice on what to visit, where to eat, where to buy and how to get around is just amazing. The rooms are a bit small, but the price is excellent and the location perfect to visit the old city, and public transportation is at just 10 minutes walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location, walking distance from the main sights in Sultanahmet. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, as well as advice on visiting Istanbul they gave us headscarfs to visit the mosques and a travel card tomuse during our stay.

Amazing service!
Amazing service! The reception staff were so friendly and happy to answer my many many questions, and share their experience and advice. The location is great too - walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants/shops. My only negative would be that the room was quite small, and there wasn't really space to open up my suitcase without having to jump over it.

The otel is excellent with very caring staff , they will help you with all your needs, carry your luggage , order you taxi to airport. My only advise is for those with limited mobility to find a reservation in front of the metro or bus station as all of downtown Istanbul streets are steep inclined mountains

Arrived too early for check in yet they still took us in; gave us the same room we booked and even offered free breakfast. The property looks new, close to shops, walking distance to tourist attractions.

Very nice hotel. Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with information and advice about shopping and sightseeing options. Would recommend and visit again.

Great Hotel and Amazing Service.
Great hotel and amazing service. Seljuk especially was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. He was also very kind and showered our son with gifts 😀 Location is also great and close to all the major attractions.

I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Istanbul!! I've been to Istanbul a few times now and this is by far the best hotel that I've ever stayed at! It is amazing! The hotel is a super short walk from sites like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, which was awesome because we got to see these famous places easily. It was also really conveniently located to many things making it easier to explore Istanbul. The hotel staff are so amazing! They were so nice and helpful from the moment we got there. They knew all the cool places to go and eat in Istanbul, making us feel like we were special guests. Our room was like a comfy hideout, and after a fun day, it felt great coming back there. We had an extended stay here and the hotel truly felt like a second home, a second family. They even made a really yummy breakfast, with a full Turkish breakfast buffet which I looked forward to every morning. Overall, Zeyn Hotel is an amazing place! If you want to have a blast in Istanbul, you gotta stay here. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our trip awesome! We're already excited about going back!
