It is ground floor, without any stairs from the parking lot to the house is five meters of yard and in front has a covered space with an outdoor table. The same at the back of the house. It is 200 meters from the sea. And at 500 meters there's a super market and taverns. The town of Edipsos is at 3 km and the village at 1 km. It has an organized beach at 800meters the house accepts pets and is also offered for working from home as it has WiFi. The area has a good climate all year round and the town has hot baths.
