O apartamento é perfeito. Muito aconchegante, bem localizado, deixou a desejar no que ofertou em serviço. Indicou que havia lavanderia e na verdade ela era disponibilizada apenas para moradores. Para hóspedes não era permitido o uso.

Nobile Grand Itapema
Elevadores sem manutenção, demoram excessivamente e fiquei presa por 10min dentro do elevador pedindo socorro. Ademais, academia toda depenada sem os acessórios necessários, uma esteira e uma bicicleta fora de uso. Outro ponto de melhora é a educação e simpatia de alguns funcionários.
