Newly built house in Armação district in Penha, distant 1. 200 meters from Parque Beto Carrero, with suite, second bedroom with double bed plus 1 single, living room, dining and kitchen, area with barbecue and integrated laundry and garage. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room. We have utensils and bed linen. The house is super comfortable 5 min from the edge of Armação beach, quiet beach with plenty of shade ideal for children, crystal clear water and very quiet. Close to markets, bakeries and restaurants.
