Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

A fazzenda é linda. As cortinas do quarto estavam sujas e com marcas de mofo, as camas não são muito confortáveis.Comidas são repetitivas, é muita quantidade e falta qualidade em algumas sobremesas e pratos salgados. Pelo preço que se paga deixa um pouco a desejar. O resto nota 8,5

O Fazzenda Park condiz com o ditado "por fora bela viola, por dentro pão bolorento". A estrutura por fora é linda. A parte de estrutura de recreação maravilhosa. Lugar é lindo. Decoração de Páscoa impecável e luxuosa. Contudo, quando chega no requisito quartos e limpeza é terrivel. Os apartamentos são extremamente simples, seco, banheiro pequeno e nada confortável. Camas nada confortáveis. Toalhas duras. Sem amenidades. A limpeza dos quartos é o pior. Chegamos e o chao estava todo empoeirado. Quando mexemos as camas de solteiro para juntar, embaixo estava repleto de cabelo, bolos de poeira, comida e fios dental. Esqueca chamar as camareiras pois a ordem do hotel é priorizar o check-in e check-out. Esqueca os hospedes que estao hospedados no hotel. Nem falando com a gerencia conseguimos uma camareira. A comida foi a pior que ja comi em hoteis all inclusive. O cafe da manha, almoco e janta eram Um restaurante único para o complexo inteiro.

Bonito por fora mas deixou a desejar por dentro.

Local incrível com beleza muito acima da média. Quarto e banheiro razoável, aparelho de ar condicionado muito velho e sujo. A carne das refeições não variavam, e não teve em momento nenhum algo premium a não ser um camarão empanado no nosso último dia de hospedagem que só foi colocado após as 13:30hs no Buffet.

Melhor opção para descansar nas férias

Lugar excelente, possui o pacote all inclusive, que dá direito a muita comida, com muita qualidade, bebidas de diversos tipos, como caipirinha, red lable, batidas, refrigerantes, chopp, café, vinho........ Muitas mesmo, tem opções de lazer à cavalo, bicicleta, pedalinho, stand up, charrete, quadras de esporte, bocha, piscinas aquecidas, jacuzzis e hidromassagens, até academia, tudo muito bem organizado e incluso no pacote.

Comida de boa qualidade e grande variedade . Bebidas saborosas . Piscina externa aquecida que é o grande diferencial. Muitas opções de lazer. Recomendo ir com a família ! O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza da área da piscina, porém com tantos hóspedes acaba saindo do controle mesmo.

Bom, mas tem potencial pra ser incrível

O hotel está crescendo, a ala nova(recepção e quartos) é muito bonita. Porém fiquei com a impressão que o hotel investiu na expansão dos quartos e esqueceu de investir na parte de entretenimento( o restaurante está praticamente igual, foi feito um bar com mais mesas porém a parte de buffet segue igual, a parte da piscina tbm não teve grandes mudanças, só que o volume de hóspedes aumentou deixando tudo mais cheio de pessoas). Pelo valor pago, acho que pode melhorar. Na questão de conforto do quarto, nada a relatar. Boa cama, chuveiros ok, espaço excelente tbm! Uma última sugestão é colocar mais placas pelo hotel para direcionar os hóspedes, na chegada é dado um mapa, mas obviamente vc não ficará segurando-o o tempo todo e no caminho para os locais de lazer vc quase não encontra funcionários, então facilmente se perde.
