The staff were all very welcoming, warm and professional. There are many great places to eat nearby. It was a great location and good value for the money.
Hotel Staff was amazing. Hotel Manager and Front desk always ready to help and make the stay feel great. We got a room upgrade due to Expedia selling something that was not available. They made it less stressful at the hotel and made us feel welcome no matter what.

Great location, but outdated rooms. Especially the bathrooms. I booked the presidential suite, which is a great big space but looks really outdated. Front desk staff and bell men were great. So was the lady at the pool and housekeeping. Breakfast was not great, compared to other hotels in Brazil. After the first day, I decided it was not worth waking up for. But again, location is great.
I paid for deluxe but I received a different room I wasn’t very happy

Shower drain was backup.Turned on shower and water started to overflow. Call front desk they didn't switch the room.Sent out maintenance he was able to get it to deain slowly.Not a great experience.
I was not upgraded and was put into a room where the air did not work right. |I barely slept all night after paying a top amount for the room. The next day I told them about this and they showed me a lower room that was small in the bedroom area . I went online to find what was available and found a room above the one I had. I saw that room and even though it was not at the same level it was larger and the air worked. They told me it would be 25 dollars more and then charged me 45 dollars more. I had a dog that they charged unlike what it said on the webiste not one fee but a fee every night which I have never paid. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. I never recevied links in email for breakfast in room which was included and had to call several times to get it delivered on my second day. The elevators and very slow so allow yourself extra time. They only tell you what you want to hear . I wasted a lot of time in room change then had to haggle for them to give me a break which they said they would and then they go and charge me the same as the online rate. All I can say is do not stay on anyfloor below 4 as well. You will have alleys and gragages to look at. They do not follow any of the upgrades if you are a gold expedia member and will tell you the day before you can have a late check out then the next day will not do it. It was very warm and they did nothing for the problem I had.

Llegados no tenían la habitación de dos camas , no cumplieron con ningún beneficio por ser vip de expedía, siempre tenían un drama , la piscina mal cuidada parece que entras y es moco los azulejos amarillos de la mugre ; la predisponían del personal nula. Recomendación no vayan es un hotel malo para el turista y me dirán que es temporada , sí pero el trato tiene que ser bueno todo el año , pague 140 dólares la noche por un mal servicio … totalmente arrepentido , lo elegí por las bondades al ser vip access y no dirigió de nada
Só o café ☕ da manhã que achei um pouco fraco em relação aos outros hotéis que já hospedei , as demais coisas muito bom , o estacionamento também achei um pouco caro.

Nosso quarto era excelente. Ficamos no 9o andar, um apartamento de dois quartos. O quarto fez toda a diferença pois além de amplo era muito confortável.
